Is this a feature you are looking or proposing? or is this a question?
If a question: you can use a cookie to store the visit number (Which
should expire after a month) and read the same cookie in all the visits.
If the visit number is >=2, you can have a event-triggered with event
serialization helps you get the monthly returning visitors. Hope this
Hi All, I have an eVar that is currently capturing the below as a single
string and I want to use a classification rule builder to split the
strings between the pipe delimiter. I can have have few or many such
strings with few or many pipe delimiters. Is it possible? Any help is
much appreciated. Analyst report|Blog Insight Voices|Brochure|Client

If you are trying to get the total number of submits happened on a
specific URL, where event is being captured, but page URL is not
captured, just get the event summary number in the workspace. I don't
see a need of segment here. However, if the requirement is different,
please share more details.
Hi AllIn case of post-implementation, if any developer would like to
change the quantity or the product name using processing rules,
currently it is not possible. Can we have the product-related attributes
to make them available in processing rules? I understand that this might
be a rare ask..but I think its better to have them available for
Hi,Can we have a specific variable or a data element which I can use or
carry forward from one visit to another?Ex: I have selected USA as my
country in my earlier visit, and can I have any data element or a
variable where it can hold that across multiple visits?I am referring to
something similar to a local storage in the browser.Thanks,Kishore.
It's basically a new view which currently is not available in the
workspace and also it will help us in getting a data WArehouse report
view within the workspace. If you are familiar with the Classic view of
pivot table in Excel, I am correlating a similar view in workspace too.
Use Case: If we have multiple query parameters (where concatenation is
required) to have it in s.campaign (If google params ex: source, medium,
channel), after selecting the required query param in data element,
instead of using a custom code, if we can have a default option of
contamination with a delimiter option, it would be good.Thanks,Kishore.
There are few calculated metrics most of the stakeholders would like to
have them in Analytics. Why don't we have the right calculated metrics
predefined in Analytics?Ex: cart abandonment, ROAS, AOV etc.,A user will
just have to enable them if they are applicable for them or if they are
not applicable, they just don't enable them..
When A dimension is broken down by another dimension, it is giving a
vertical breakdown report. Is there a way I can look into the same in
Horizontal Columns with same Header as Initial dimension? Similar to
data Warehouse in Workspace?Thanks,Kishore.
Hi,Similar to the existing dropdown facility for selected eVars or
props, can we have the list of report suite's created as dropdown for
the available report suite ids available?Reason/Use Case:I have a single
workspace project created which works for a different report suite.
Instead of changing the report suite for all panels or freeform tables,
I would like to apply a different report suite at a panel level instead
of at a project level. Thanks,Kishore PVSK
Scenario: In case if a stakeholder wants to compare revenue between two
different workspace projects, they need to switch between multiple
workspace projects. What I am looking for is: To have an option to add a
different workspace project which fits within the current workspace
project for any such comparison.
Hi All,Currently while exporting any workspace project, we are able to
export all Freeform Tables. Is there a way we can export only selected
freeform tables? This will help us in creating various projects in the
workspace for different stakeholders. Thanks,Kishore PVSK
Hi All,I am completely new to Target. I have a custom jQuery code which
has some conditions based on some dataLayer objects (Using data elements
in DTM). I would like to push this code using Adobe Target to all the
pages so that wherever this custom code condition gets satisfies, a
function will be called internally which is there within the custom
code. Please guide me on how to do this and which activity would suit
best for this. ThanksThis is how the code may look like...if
You can have 2 event based rules in DTM1. To capture impressions (Use
Event Type = Enter Viewport) and capture the required variables2. to
capture Clicks (Use Event Type = Click) and capture the required
variables.Hope this helps.
Hi Krishna,You can do it by creating a new page load rule in DTM, use a
condition which matches the product page where a product is viewed.
then, you can add under events a category, action, and label (Ex:
prodView as a category, View as Action and the Product Name as a
label.or you can simply use custom variables Name & Value and under
Name, you can use the product name and under the value, you can add a
counter or prod view. For any of these, you can create data elements
within DTM and you can...
Hey,Once you add the Google Analytics Tool within DTM by giving the
account ID for both staging and production, it automatically acts as a
page load rule and will trigger a default tag which you will be able to
observe in any debugger. In addition to that, if you want to capture any
new attributes or variables on any specific pages, that's when you will
create a new page load rule and configure accordingly. Hope this helps.
In case if the requirement is to get new and repeat visitors comparison
from one period to another period, then within the workspace, the same
can be broken down with a time dimension of a selected time period. If
that's not what the requirement is, then is there a way where you will
be able to identify a user (ex: Visitor ID or Experience Cloud ID).In
case if you have any such identifier (variable/eVar or prop), then you
can create a custom segment and apply it to the user retention report
Hi,We have recently implemented a direct call rule (which till trigger
on each page load and configured as s.t() call) and configured few
variables. when a page is getting loaded, in the console (using a
debugger on) it says that the direct call is fired only once but I see
two tags in ObservePoint/Omnibug/Charles. All the variables are same and
the only difference is one tag has a referrer captured and another do
not. Is this an issue (is it duplicating the total page views)? If so,
how to fix ...
