Description - Please create a feature, that allows to schedule Workspace projects with closed panels. All panels within a project should be separately selectable for schedule.

Why is this feature important to you - Because a lot of projects contain many panels. To keep the project accessable (not loading data all day long), panels need to be closed. But to send a project on schedule, all panels need to be constantly open. This can really slow down a workspace project and makes it hard to read or do changes.

How would you like the feature to work - When a project with e.g. 10 closed panels needs to be send on schedule to stakeholders, it should be possible to have an option like a checkbox for every panel to choose them separately for schedule. Result: The project is send as PDF report with 3 of 10 panels open. But the Workspace project itself will remain as with closed 10 panels for the user.

Current Behaviour - Either panels are closed, then you can't send them as scheduled PDF file, or panels are open, you can send it as scheduled report, but the project may load forever with several panels and is not easy accessable for users that like to show or change visualizations there.

Love this Idea!

I have some really large reports, and you're right.. when you need to make a change it takes forever to load them cause I have to have everything open for the PDF to render.

I was talking about something similar to this recently. When you save a dashboard, however you save it is how it will send out. If you have a really wide monitor and save it, it will send out spread out, but if you view it on a narrow monitor/window and save it, the more compressed view would be what is saved and sent. Having an option to completely curate how a report looks on the sending would be amazing (zoom %, width, open/closed panels and tables, etc.).

Also a really excellent point @MandyGeorge! I would love to be able to choose (and preview) report widths independent from what is rendered on screen!
