Since we have XLS 2010, the excel add-in has errors. As a European company, we would obviously work with settings to delimit thousands with dot,and decimal spaces with comma. This leads to faulty results, the numbers are cut at hundred thousands. Only if we put both, SC and our xls clients to American format, we don't see these issues. Do you plan a fix?
