Leverage usage and access logs to create competitive intelligence



I would love to see an industry or client benchmark of the data available in the usage and access logs area under Admin Tools.  There is a wealth of information within this portal to understand my current state of analytics users.  And I can benchmark these metrics against myself over time, however, it would be great to understand where we stake up against the industry.  The Digital Analytics Maturity assessment has great insights/benchmarks but that is based on self-reported data.  The usage and analytics logs would be able to provide pure quant measures.  


  1. What percent of my users are not logging in?
  2. What is the ratio of my active vs.. non active users?
  3. What % of my user base is a power user?
  4. How do we stack on usage for key interface components - log ins, views, downloads, bookmarks, dashboards?
  5. How does our volume of user names compare?
  6. What is the usage level of props/evars that are implemented?
