Improve accuracy of SiteSection metrics in SiteCatalyst

Currently, if you pull pageviews by SiteSection in SiteCatalyst, you'll get different data than if you pull the same in the Data Warehouse.  The reason is that the pageviews pulled in data warehouse are pageviews, while the pageviews reported by sitecatalyst (by sitesection) are actually instances.  This is particularly aggregios given that the instances metric is available in sitecatalyst (though it is not available yet in Data Warehouse). 

Suggestion: Make pageviews reported by SiteCatalyst and Data Warehouse the same and equal to actual pageviews (not instances).
