I know you can share workspace projects with pther users (even groups if you are admin). but there is another cool feature: "workspace project link" basically a shortcut to any workspace project.
now here's the idea: allow users to "get on shared list if the enter the workspace shortcut".
the idea behind is: instead of sharing a bunch of projects to other users, I could just "publish" the links. having those links every user can decide on his own which projects he wants - and I do not need to share anything (apart from a project list).
compared to "templates", the end user always has the current "real project" shared and can see any changes I make. and I do not need to setup any sharing...
