Description -
When adding new metrics it would be great to be able to zero out part days (go live date) and incorrect data on new metrics without using data repair API.


Why is this feature important to you -

Historically we have had events go live in production with issues or analysis done where only part-day information is available. Ideally, I would like to be able to make a "safe" metric that is available to non-power users which only works from a certain point forward.


How would you like the feature to work -
When creating a calculated metric that would be shared, I would use the existing "Day" dimension and "If" logic to build a metric that shows will return 0 if the metric is before the approved date.


Current Behaviour -

The problem at the moment is that "Day" can only be selected as "equals/exists/does not exist" or as a "Count distinct" for greater than or less than. Having the ability to select Day greater than or equal to "Jul 22, 2021" would solve the problem..

I would also love this to be added. woudl give me alot more flexibility when building out segments based on user behaviors.
