Fix your documentation

I've used omniture on and off for several years, and am pretty comfortable with it.

That said, there is still I lot I have to learn, and I'm hungry for documentation that tells me how to use it.

But I can't find useful documentation I found in the past, honestly today I can't find any documentation.  For instance, from here https://sc.omniture.com/p/suite/1.2/index.html?ssSession=bf6d6b4dd6b44ff731a1bfa05e6d3ec3&; jpj=28471653157709 the training videos link has no content.

There is a bunch of navigation here: https://sc.omniture.com/p/help/1.0/index.html?q=node/6&ssSession=d61a1913049fe39f6c8425a63 850b71b&jpj=40152267984119&company=The%20Cheezburger%20Network&login=fschwieterman&data_ce nter=https%3A%2F%2Fsc.omniture.com&crm_username=&locale=en_US&first=&last=&dc=sjo, but the navigation to "Documentation" leads to an empty page.  The "training videos" link likewise goes to an empty page.

Good documentation does exist, for instance the implementation guide at http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/sc/implement/oms_sc_implement.pdf.  But I have no idea how I would find this document if I did not already have the url, and I have no idea to find what other help content is out there.

We are going through quite a bit of transition with our documentation and community organization and navigation, and I'm sorry that there are some areas where we have some holes. I'll share this with our documentation team. For what it's worth, the new help home contains more (and better) documentation than we've ever had before, and is publicly available (no login required). It's available at http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/home/index.html#Home. The implementation guide that you mentioned is available there from Admin & Reference > SiteCatalyst Implementation Guide.

That is interesting. It shouldn't be requiring authentication to access any documentation hosted on microsite.omniture.com. I would report that to ClientCare if it persists.
