Enabling evars/prop in the admin console by number - in a non sequential manner

The current interface within the admin console forces you to add evars/props one at a time starting with 1 in a sequential manner.

This seems logical but is a real pain and wastes time if you have many props/evars and you want to add a new high number one and have several lower numbered variables that are not enabled. 

This is only really particularly relevant if you block your evars/props for multiple report suites and have not implemented all of the lower numbered variable blocks.
