Enable SSO login for Adobe Analytics mobile app/dashboards

Our company has transition to full SSO with our Adobe platform, and now we're discovering that our users are unable to access their Adobe Analytics mobile app as the SSO function is not set up with the mobile app. This is important as our top management accesses mobile dashboard frequently via tablets or phones while on the go. 

 

Is this on the roadmap?

    Hi @brandongo1,

     

    My Adobe client says that SSO should be compatible with the Mobile App Dashboards. This sounds like maybe something isn't working as expected and that you should try reaching out to Client Care to troubleshoot the access issues.
