Don't De-Activate ReportBuilder Reports Due to "Internal Issues"



We're running into situations where a large number of ReportBuilder reports we run fail due to "internal issues". When this happens multiple times during an attempted mailing, ReportBuilder will disable the report, when there is nothing on our end that needs to be corrected. This results in additional admin effort needed to monitor all activity, and then go in and re-enable any deactivated reports. Ideally, reports would only be deactivated if there was an issue on the user end that needed to be addressed.
