Determing search terms when on a specific page

When I view a specific page on our site and the next click traffic, we can see how many people are typing something into the search box and getting to a search results page.  The data that would be very useful is to see what search terms and their frequency to determine what information they are looking for that the page doesn't provide for them.

I have a report that shows top search terms for the specified time frame but that is sitewide.

Thank you!

To get around this we have a second variable (prop) that is set to the previous page name. I can then correlate the search term with previous pages and find out which page someone is on when they search a specific term.

Thanks spectaprod for your response.  I found that we had the previous page name variable set up as well.  Ended up being that the correlation was not there but have made that change and are now seeing the data that I had wanted.

I think @spectaprod's solution is very good; there are a lot of uses for Previous Page data in a variable, and there is a plug-in which makes it very easy. However, I will leave voting open in case others feel that this is a must-have out of the box.
