Description -create a set of APIs for managing Data Feeds and Data Warehouse

Why is this feature important to you - having API's would allow us to automate the resending of data when we find the need, such as a bad run, or a bad file received.

How would you like the feature to work - create a set of API's that would allow the same features that exist to users in the Data Feed and Data Warehouse UI's, especially, getting a list of Data Feeds, getting a Data Feed's most recent export / status, rerunning a specific hour for a Data Feed, or re-running a specific day for a Data Warehouse extract.

Current Behaviour - no API's exist
