Hello Adobe Community,

The last few weeks I have got the question where the client wants to configure AppMeasurement with development and/or production information.

At this moment it is only possible to configure one configuration file for AppMeasurement implementations which only allows the client to implement the production environment even when you're implementing on a local development environment.

My idea would be to be able, as a developer, to select a configuration file based on the environment of the client. When the client wants to push to production and therefore push the app to the appstore or playstore they can simply switch the configuration file by detecting whether they are on production.

This will allow a great deal of flexibility and therefore would increase the usability for the developers that implement AppMeasurement.

As far as I know this isn't a possibility and is also not yet on the road map for future AppMeasurement updates, therefore I am stronly voting for this feature to be implemented and I hope you're also willing to see this implemented.

Best regards,
