Changing metric reports often results in the loss of historical trend lines

Historical trend lines are the yesterday, 1 week prior, 4 weeks prior etc trend lines, these are great for providing context but if I have changed a reports timeframe, segment or other these often disapear and require a re-run of the report to generate.

Metric reports should always show these by default. Or at least have the option to disable and or enable the historical trendlines.
