Change Adobe Analytic User's email

Hi,

I have recently came across where I would need to update two users email's as their email's have changed.  Unfortunately, this does not seem to be possible as this is used as their Adobe ID.  Is it possible to have this split out, keeping their Adobe ID alone but having an email field for when this does happen. 

While creating a new account, transferring their analytic assets over to the new account and then deleting their old account is simple when there are only two users - I am horrified to think if we need to do this at scale for 100 accounts.
