Be able to enable GeoSegmentation from admin console

GeoSegmention are reports that I have enabled for every report suite. It would be nice to be able to enable GeoSegmention from admin console vs. having to contact Client Care to turn it on.

Agreed. This should be turned on for all report suites by default. If I want it off I can call Client Care to have them turn it off, but it should always be on when a new report suite is created.
