Description - Allow asset transfers for Alerts, whether Enabled or Disabled, Active or Expired.
Why is this feature important to you - We have a lot of employee churn, and when employees leave, the remaining employees may need to take over their assets, in this case expired as well as current Alerts.
How would you like the feature to work - The Adobe Legacy User management console, attempting to transfer assets, including Alerts between users, the transfer of a disabled or expired Alert should work without error or issue.
Current Behavior - Currently in the Adobe Legacy User management console, attempting to transfer assets, including Alerts between users, the transfer of a disabled or expired Alert doesn't work. The UI seems to give the indication that 'transfer complete', but continually checking the old a new user for the transferred alerts, shows no change.
