allow to bookmark Admin screens

Would be good if there would be a similar way to "Link to this screen" as we have for "Link to this Report"

As an Admin you have to visit the User Admin section quite often, usually it means you have to go through the login -> user management -> users

Would save much time if I can just bookmark an url for it.
