Allow specific users to edit ASI slots without giving them admin rights

I run into the following problem:

I need to give specific users access to edit a single ASI slot (as in the menu item Admin -> ASI slots). I do however not want to give these users Admin rights. It currently is not possible to configure this type of access in the group settings.

I would like to request a group setting that provides users access to the ASI slot configuration for all and only the ASI slots in that specific group.
