Allow for expiration date on processing rules

It would be nice if a processing rule could be setup with an automatic expiration date. For example if you are using a processing rule to correct an misspelled value while you wait for your engineers to push corrected code to production. You could setup your processing rule and set it to expire on the date of the next code push. This would allow you to use processing rules more frequently and reduce the chance of rules falling between the cracks and causing problems in the future.

Processing Rules are great, but they could use a lot of progress to make them even more powerful!
