Add "Expand All" button for eVar, Props and Events on Report Suite Manager

It would be nice to have Expand All button to show (add) all rows for eVar, props and Events.  Sometimes I have to click 30 times to enable prop50.

I had actually created a bookmarklet to show any number of rows.

Why was this only enabled for props and evars and not events?

I second jc_GSK's question - why not enable this for events?  That has always been the most frustrating variable to add because I can't just hold down "Enter key" after clicking Add New.
