Add a tool tip for Calculated Metrics showing formula

Add a ? by calculated metrics when they appear on reports.

When a user clicks, provide a 1 line descript of calc metrics and provide the forumla.

It's often confusing for other users who didn't make the Global Metric, what exactly is going into it.
