Ability to pull a single report containing data from all report suites

Working with many report suites can often be frustrating when trying to achieve a global or European report. It would be nice to have the ability to setup a single report, which simply pulls in data from all other report suites without having to go into each report suite to generate the data and then having to merge them together.

I found a work-around for this with Excel Client and/or Report Builder. It takes initial set-up, but once you have the data blocks configured all you have to do is refresh. That will pull in some raw data from each report suite. Then you can sum the appropriate cells on a 'summary' page. Or you can pay for secondary server calls. If you just need basic metrics, the excel option will take care of it for you.

is this the case with discover as well? can you use excel client/report builder with discover or is it only with sitecat
