Ability to provide access to specific reports (based on variables / properties)

Some internal / third parties only need an access to some specific report (page, download, cart) so it would be quite useful to optimise the access creation by making a more intuitive user group definition portal enabling to select one or a few reports from the left menu, independently from the report suite setting.
