Alerts getting Disabled

I have set up several Alerts in my report suite (and I have ensured they are all Enabled).  Every few days I check back and find they are Disabled.  I reset them to Enabled, then find them Disabled again a few days later.  This has happened at least 3 times.  Why are they getting Disabled?

Adobe Customer Care worked with Engineering and found that there was a bug in the code.  It has been fixed.
