No, Adsense can not be combined with Advertising Cloud as it is publisher tool for Google partners/publishers to monetize their Ad inventory.
To increase your adsense income there can be multiple things that you may do- chose relevant category, check for better Ad placement, not having multiple Ads/Adsense tags in single view able screen.
