I have a new user who has been added to the Workfront platform, but it says Unregistered next to his name. I don't see how to Register the new user.

Hi, I've set up a 'request' approval process that triggers on a status change of a request The approval goes to a 'role' - and there is only 1 person who performs that role. The probelm is - that person doesn't get an email alert about their approval being needed.They DO get a notification. I can't see anything in email settings - both under system/Email/Notifications  or the users personal notification settings that could be blocking this. Can anyone help ? Thanks  

Metadata schema where we are using the Generic list to load the drop downs . A generic list with all options was created. Pasting the generic list path in the schema settings under “Add Manually” populates all options correctly.Problem: After saving the metadata schema , options do not persist vanish.Observation: Issue occurs only when the dropdown contains more than ~1,000 options. Smaller lists work as expected.Visibility and choices rules can only be configured after the dropdown options are populated and saved.Please assist me how I can save more than1000 value in list

Hi, I am trying to remove spaces from values and concat them into a new field with Fusion such that we can easily provide information. This has to be done with Fusion because some of the information is on a higher task or even project level and are custom fields, so doing this with a calculated field is not an option. For now I have 5 fields that I want to concat into one field such that:Field 1: 1112222Field 2: CollectionField 3: Product DescriptionField 4: Volume in MLCombines into the field that shows: 1112222-collection-productdescription-volumeinml I managed to create the concat and also make it lower case using the lower() function. Now I tried to use the replace function by doing replace(fieldname;" ";"") but that does not seem to work. How can I get rid of all the spaces such that the name is just one string of text?

Does anyone in this community manage to set up their AEM/ Assets 6.5 Managed Service Shared Link? Any tips?

I’m trying to understand experience fragments and how I can use them on our customer portal site. Our content authors would like the ability to build them in our main site authoring environment that is on AEMaaCS. The portal site is Ionic/Angular and has different CSS and JS than our AEM site.Where I’m having difficulty is understanding how the clientlibs of our main site can be used. Is this something that needs to be handled by the link rewriter for experience fragments based on a specific experience fragment template so that the correct domain is used? Something like what is discussed on this page about Target offers? Is there a way to use Asset Renditions ( mobile, tablet or custom) in Image component  AEM Authoring( instead of uploading assets for each breakpoint in the component)Trying to optimize the authoring process here. Please share best practice.

Hi Community,I’ve restricted access to /content/dam/secure/ using ACLs, which work fine on Author, but after replication the assets are still accessible on Publish via direct URLs.What is the recommended best practice in AEM as a Cloud Service to ensure DAM assets remain secure on Publish - ACL replication, CUGs, Dispatcher filters, or another approach?

Hi All, I could see a clear difference between html page source and current DOM structure of the same html page. I need to fetch current DOM structure (mouse right click and inspect option in browser) of the page. Would like to know if there is any API in java or FE js?I tried making http call but all those are giving html source of the page. Any help is highly appreciated.  Thanks,Pradeep

We're researching ways to automate our event participation certificates and it seems to me that a Marketo Landing Page could work, but I'm wondering if others have used this in the past with success. We're tracking our event registration and participation through a Marketo Program currently, but when someone attends, we're sending an alert to someone to manually generate and send the participation certificate.Has anyone used a Marketo Landing Page to serve up a participation certificate? We would need it to include the person's name, event name and date, but all of these already live on the Program level as Tokens. My thought is we could send them the landing page link in a thank you for attending email and when they click they would be able to view the personalized certificate on a landing page via Tokens.

Hi Team,I’ve been trying to capture and export waterfall counts at different stages of my workflow in Adobe Campaign v8. For example:After the Query activity, the count is 100 records.After the Exclusion activity, it reduces to 75.After the Delivery activity, it becomes 50.I want to export these counts within the same workflow for tracking and reporting purposes.I attempted using the WorkflowTask and Workflow schemas, but unfortunately, it didn’t work as expected in v8. Hello,  I have the following code in my HTML I'm trying to use. This code looks for a Campaign Name attribute and applies the corresponding couponID. For those working with external clients/users that submit requests, what is your approach when it comes to the main Request area? My problem is that I can't remove filters from the main Requests area and the users can still see the names of Requests that have been submitted by anyone with access to the Request Queues that they have View access to. Ideally I would like to get away from creating a separate Request queue for each external user group, since in the end we may be creating a Request Queue for one person and it would make system management impossible (this is the solution that support has given me). I have thought about removing requests once they have been converted, but if a request doesn't get converted quickly enough there is still the possibility they will see it. Everything I have tried has still given them access to the list of Request names.  These external users will need to be Light users at least due to the approval limitations of Contributors. &

I'm trying to create a view or report that can give me a count of the number of issues logged to a task. The only native field available I see is for 'number of open issues'. I don't want to limit the count by status of the issue, I want to count all of them. Can I do this with a calculated field maybe? Thanks in advance!
