Is anyone experiencing their emails bouncing back because of the Marketo email server/IP address being blacklisted?  Please see a list of blocked lists below:If so, can you share any workarounds/processes that you have put in place to reach the audiences that use these services?Thanks in advance!-Elizabeth

I'm creating a "Total Spent" field that should equal to cost of all past purchases combined. Score is the only field type I can think for adding numeric values to a field. Could I use the score field type and trigger to change the field value when a product purchase is added to the person record? Also, can I use a token for the change value field, inputting the most recent product purchase amount?

Hi - I am trying to create a recs component that should provide product recommendations based on the entity parameter I am passing in mbox.In the mbox call, I am passing an entity parameter which is 'entity.status'In the data catalog, my products also have that attribute - entity.status.What I want to happen is if the value I passed to the entity.status parameter is '1' in the mbox call, I want to see in recs all of the products in my data catalog that has a entity.status = 1.I don't want to use the most viewed algorithm since my site is getting very low traffic.

I have one query regarding Adobe Processing rules.How to check implement default countries in adobe processing rule. **Scenario**Please create a processing rule to capture the default countries found in (visitor profile > geo-segmentation > countries report and populate in a new prop and evar. The new prop / evar will be different from the existing evar3 (countries) which captures the country selector from the footer. This new prop/evar will actually capture the country of origin based on Adobe's method of determining the country. The new variable should be named "geo-segmentation countries".So i am very new in this, how to do it..if anybody can help me on this would be great full.Thanks,Payal

There is an Email Bounced Soft filter but no Email Bounced Hard, so to check hardbounces I am currently creating the logic below:It would be good to know if there is a quicker way of checking this? So here's the situation. I am sending out an email campaign to a SFDC/Marketo leads, and also using a smart list to pull in people who are ONLY in Marketo (note, we only sync certain leads to SFDC).I created a Salesforce campaign with 0 members. Hello All,I am using Shared Component in my site but have few questions which are as follows:-The site hierarchy of my site is /content/moduleName/en and the same is specified as the root page for Shared Component too. Hence the shared properties are stored on the node /content/moduleName/en/jcr:content/shared-component-properties and global properties on the node /content/moduleName/en/jcr:content/global-component-properties . Now if I edit the shared component on a page under /content/moduleName/en for eg: /content/moduleName/en/test and activate this page it doesn't gives me the pop-up prompting to activate the root page(/content/moduleName/en) and hence those values are not pushed to publish unless I specifically activate the root page. Secondly I have around 50k pages under /content/moduleName/en and if I activate the root page my dispatcher invalidates the cache for all the pages beneath it which is the default dispatcher behavior.I will be very much helpful if anyone can help me

Hello,We want the Sales team to be able to send out template emails to prospects introducing them to a new product we are launching, but we want to be able to track the overall effectiveness of the emails as well. Do you suggest using MSI or a Sales Automation platform?  We have actually tested a Sales Automation platform before and really liked the capabilities.  The only problem I believe is that it does not integrated with Marketo, only SFDC.  Thanks!-Brittney

I'm doing a system audit within a marketo instance that uses Ringlead (see screen shot). I'm not familiar with the integration and am looking for some insight and direction.First the primary "sync lead to salesforce campaign(s) are odd and split in two. I need help deciphering the logic on the way they are built and suggestions around improving. I included screen shots of the smart lists and flows. Anybody know of a way to test your classification rules to see if they overlap by chance?  Im not referring to testing from within rule builder- like we normally do before we activate the new ruleset, I'm curious if anybody knows of either the best way to test all rules with some 3rd party tool, or to test the rule builder within the testing functionality of the rule builder.  Problem is- that there are some classifications that just aren't making sense and they are in the wrong classification buckets for our campaigns/creative elements and I'm about to do a massive overhaul and maybe look at historicals to see if it was either changes to the rule set or if it was something that was overlapping/incorrect rule within the set (by just using the testing feature with every tracking code type/variation that I can find). Before I do all of this, was curious if anyone had a good guide, tool or some helpful advice as this is going to be quite a big job and a lot of work will be needed so I wan

I'm trying to find information on how I can create new activity types through the REST API. The docs only show how to GET the existing activity types, and the only information I can find about creating new types is going through the dashboard. Cloud Elements has the ability to create types for Marketo through their API, so I'm assuming there's some type of information out there about hitting Marketo's API directly to do the same thing. I'm trying to move my integrations off of Cloud Elements. Anyone know where I can find the right information?

So we followed this guide (link below) and ingested some weblogs (apache ncsa common format) to the data source:Data Sources Help We can see in the Data Sources manager tab, that the weblog is processed and ingested successfully.But - how do we get this data to appear and be reflected in actual reports? Isn't that the actual purpose of data sources - for their data to also be populated in the reports?Since we have uploaded weblog to the data source which contains info on each request including request uri and clientid, we should be expecting these to show up in the reports. But if I check, for example, page views or pages visited. these don't show up at all.Anywhere else I should be looking at?

It is very clear to see how users flow with the color indicated. However, it seems that the color cut off when it cross the middle check point. Can we also compare how those traffic goes from one end to the other end across the middle check point?

Hi there,My marketing team is using a third party to track phone calls on our site. This required us to write phone numbers as href:"tel:###-###-###" in our html. Is there a way to never track the telephone numbers? To my knowledge, I can't use regex in the "Never Track" UI list for Link tracking. I also tried writing jquery to s.abort on all $('a[href^="tel:"]') with no luck.  Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hey team, hopefully I can explain this well. Post sale, we use a customer management tool that doesn't integrate with Marketo or Salesforce. I'd love to be able to send a triggered email off of something that happens in that tool (etc. when they purchase an additional product, send a thank you email with explanation). We have added a new relic script via DTM, and New Relic Data shows wrong Page URL, it shows Page views as DTM URL, not actual page views, this happening because DTM will compile all scripts and executes the script with in a iFrame. so New Relic is considering iframe url as request URL.any one have idea how to fix this using DTM ?Thanks
