Adobe Campaign Classic, servers on-prem  We get daily deadlock errors. Issue Scenario: In case there are multiple Marketo instance, you are unable to login via new invite sent to your account. Upon clicking the URL you are prompt to enter password but error message prompts as password mismatched   Note: This Issue occurs only if you are trying to use same email id to login to multiple instance   Solution: 1. Try to open the invited URL in a new browser post history & cache clean up  2. Use exactly same password like your primary instance. 3. Hi    I have one doubt , is it possible to add any of the component in template and that can be edited or configurable in page ? if yes how ?

I have added DEL tag in RTE paragraph format as shown below But when I select delete whole text gets appended with the del tag as shown below instead of Just the selected text i.e. "Saturday". Now if I write some text at the end or beginning of those lines then those texts are also encapsulated within the same <del> tag And When I click on Delete again another DEL tag gets appended.  It doesn't remove the del tag. Is there any other way to get <del></del> in RTE? Which works fine without any issues

Dear All, I need to know that how much time a visitor spent on the last page of his journey. Unfortunately, Adobe only measures this value for all visited pages - but not for the very last one. Example:On 18.01.2023, a known visitor has visited a page (abc.com/page1.html) and he has scrolled until the bottom of the page and last there for 30 minutes. However, this is measured as follows:   With that, we cannot see if the content was interesting for the visitor or not.  Can we integrate a rule somehow so that the time for the last visited page is measured as well?

I would like to exclude this path /content/dam/test for all indexing. how to achieve this? i have added excludedPaths property like below but still index is happening while extracting the text file. Added propert: /oak:index/damAssetLucene excludedPaths String[] /content/dam/test  

Hi All      There is a client requirement for which we thought Table of Contents component would work well, but the thing is I was not able to get this working in WKND project where I was trying out this component to propose it to the client. I am inserting a cookie pop-up and cookie preference tracker on my Marketo landing pages to mirror our corporate site. The cookie provider we use (Cookiebot) charges by domain and number of sub-pages.   Our images and files use the same CNAME as our landing pages. Does anyone know if these assets hosted on Marketo would count as landing pages when Cookiebot scans the domain?

Why can't I embed a fragment reference in a multi-line text field when rendered as multi-field?  I'm able to embed a fragment reference when the multi line text is rendered as "text area." Why allow me the ability to select "Allow fragment reference" if I cannot actually utilize this when "multi field" is selected?

I am working with an ABM agency who is using a subdomain of ours to run campaigns off of unbounce landing pages.   We gave them the munchkin code and form embed code, but the policy tokens are not loading the policy text.     Landing page: insurers.sovos.com/sovos-test-page/.     

I need to run a report that shows both the date an employee was entered if they are an active employee, or the date their account was deactivated if they are no longer using Workfront/left our company.  I don't see an option for "user term date" or something like that, so how can I get a report with this information??

Hello Everyone! today i need to do this, and I hope you than help me think it clearly. I have a long database... what I wanna do is that if the user in my database, has a special field completed with data. I show one snippet. But if that special field is empty, to show another snippet. Is it possible? Another thing is that every snippet has dynamic info from the same database.    Can I do this with marketo?    Thanks!

We're looking for a unique ID that could be generated and captured at the time of a Marketo form submission. That unique ID would be passed to Facebook via the Facebook conversion script pixel that fires when the form is submitted. The unique identifier cannot contain personally identifiable information (PII). We are integrating CAPI through Zapier.   Does anyone know how we can go about achieving this? Edit: We are open to any server-side solutions as well. 

Hi - I am fairly new to Workfront.  I created a custom form and attached it to a task.  It has a text field in it that the owner will fill in, and I want that text to be seen in the project view, where all the tasks are visible.  I added that custom text field to the project view, but it just shows as blank, even though the text is in the field when I go look at the task itself.  Any help??  Thank you!!

I am afraid to loss historic data. I currently have 3 marketing channels: Paid Search, Display, Paid Social Networks (see image) with rules attached to them which I need to combine them to one new Marketing Channel called Paid Media. How will be the best way to go about it? I was thinking about renaming Paid Search to Paid Media, leaving the other two channels but changing their rules to (see image where I was thinking of updating): Set the channel’s value to “Query String Parameter = Paid Media” Any thoughts?

This engagement program is built with multiple streams and one content piece per stream.  The transition is based on whenever the email in the prior stream is delivered.     Here’s how things are working right now. A recurring batch smart campaign adds people to this engagement program in 01 01 sends email whenever the cast is due - which is every two weeks People qualify for 02 when the email in 01 delivers (transition rules)   But we need to change this to the following. People who qualify till the time of cast for 01, need to get the email within the week. Currently, if the cast of 01 is not due this week, people who qualify this week will get the email in 01 next week. People who qualify for 02, need to have a delay of at least one week, but maximum of two weeks. I have a multi-page pdf which I am linking to from my marketo email. The pdf is stored in marketo. I have added #page=2 following .pdf of the url in the html code for the link. This works great on laptops but not on mobile devices. On both an iPhone or a Samsung, instead of landing on page 2 of the pdf (as I do on a laptop) I land on page 1 -- as if #page=2 was not in the link. Does anyone know a way to make this work on mobile devices?

I have a pathfield where I am allowing the user to select one or more templates in my site:   <templates jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" sling:resourceType="granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/pathfield" emptyText="Optional template(s) to filter results by" fieldDescription="One or more templates which optionally filter the returned results." fieldLabel="Templates" filter="hierarchyNotFile" multiple="{Boolean}true" name="./templates" rootPath="/conf/mysite/settings/wcm/templates"/>   The idea is that I want the content author to be able to select one or more templates that I will perform some logic off of.   Is there a way that I can restrict this selection to only instances of cq:Template? e.g., I do not want the user to be able to select the "Initial" or "Structure" nodes, only the root page template nodes.

Since the integration we are receiving a "Google Ads Warning" the error logs consist of the following errors:   1) EXPIRED_EVENT 2) CLICK_CONVERSION_ALREADY_EXISTS   "We did check with the google team on this and this was their response.   For your follow-up question on the CLICK_CONVERSION_ALREADY_EXISTS issue, only the first upload should be counted. The use case: We have desktop publishers that get data from multiple reporting sources. Those sources each have a task, and the desktop publisher task has two predecessors. We currently have our user dashboards filtered on the "Can Start" feature, which works for almost every team except this one.   I doubt there's a way to do this, but there may be a data point I'm not aware of or textmode code that will help filter on this condition in a report: "Show me all tasks where at least one predecessor has completed".   Thanks in advance!

I'm really new Workfront and still finding my feet. Can anyone advise how best to flag our newly created projects as either Internal or External. I would like to be able to filter at the end of the year to see how many of each event type we delivered. I am thinking it must be done when creating a new project but i can't see that option with what we have set up currently. Could a custom form be created just for that and how could i report on event type? Any help appreciated!
