Hi Community! I recently updated our iOS app configuration to include a sound for when delivering push messages. This works fine for when I create new deliveries, BUT. We have several continuous deliveries running, where the available sound drop-down is not visible to me. So in order to fix that, apparantly I need to create entirely new deliveries, which seems like a waste of time. So I thought I might as well try to update the values through either Mass update selected lines Workflow with update activity JS/SQL queries  However, I can not choose and update this field from mass update or update activity since it is simply not present for me to choose and update. I am also unsure how I can update this field using JS or SQL. I haven't been succesful yet. Any help in regards to how I can update that 1 field for multiple deliveries would be greatly appreciated! 🙂  Visible from generic query editor:   Not visible from update element in workflow:  &

Hi there,  I am a bit confused about the visit number 😞    As I understand, the visit number is counted as a unique visitor, so if I visited the website yesterday and visited today, it is recorded as Visit number 2 and not recorded as visit number 1.    Then, I expected the sum of visit numbers might be the same as the total unique visitors and visits, but only total visits were as same as the sum of visit numbers.    Can anyone explain why? T.T

Hi,   I am Trying to load one of the page in Adobe Target VEC ;  content is not loading and showing message as in the screenshot; however header and footer is loading correctly  in VEC.  what could be the possible reason for this error ? ; rest of the microsite loads fine in AT VEC.  

Hello everyone!I hope you are well and can help me in my research.   I should perform an operation with velocity scripts, however, my programming knowledge is really limited and I am struggling to understand how to do it.   Basically, from CRM via integration with Marketo, when I create events in the CRM, I carry around a whole set of information that then populates the event tokens on Marketo.   Now, I have to carry around links.   I can set these links on my CRM, but I cannot make them dynamic (I need to add a querystring with like ?aid={{lead.account}} at the end of each url, and this informations is setted in Marketo and not Dynamics. Since the links are themselves already contained in a token, I can't put a token inside a token because I've already tried it and it doesn't work. I tested:{{my.token}} with the token text as www.google.com/?aid={{lead.account}}. So I'm wondering: is it possible to set a VLC token that adds ?aid={{lead.account}} to every link in my

Hello, I have recently run an AB test under 'Whole email' condition on Marketo with the Winner criteria being 'Clicks'. The winner has been declared as Email 1, however, the click rate for both the emails is 0 according to the AB test results dashboard.  I tried to open the Email Performance report and see that the number of clicks for Email 1 is 1. PFA the images below.   My doubt: Does the AB test declare the results based on the EPR? If no, how reliable is the AB test results dashboard?  

I've been testing some deliveries that use fully personalised subject lines. This subject line is derived from targetData in the workflow (enrichment) so there's calculated field to obtain the data from. For example, our field may show as 'New offers from £1.99' for instance as string in the workflow. When this gets outputted in the delivery however, the .99 undergoes a change and it includes extra numbers on the end. For example. It may be 'New offers from £1.991' or even 'New offers from £1.9999'     The field is all string and there's no edits made to the data between the WF and delivery. Is there an extra constraint that may need to be applied to the string to prevent the output in the screenshot?

Hello everyone,   our comany uses Acrobat 2017 and since this january whenever we want to "Enable Extended Feature" on an AEM form it says "This document could not be reader enabled".   I made sure we have the most recent update which is 17.012.30262 for what i know. I unistalled some windows updates that came in in january but it still didnt work.   Is there already a fix or a solution for this problem?   Thanks for the help

can you set image terms to the share link interface in Brand Portals?  These terms are already in a field in the metadata.

Hi,I set up a number of transactional events (real-time type) without any links defined in either Collections or Enrichment section. An exemplary html templates have been added into them and for the first couple round of tests all of endpoints have triggered emails as expected. After I made some slight changes in html code (i.e. wrapped icons up with links) the messages stopped to be sent and as an error I can see:Error while compiling script 'DM4824[htmldefaultContent]' line 48: context.profile is undefined.The question is why such error is thrown when there is no link to profile in html templates at all.Republishing event or messages changes nothing. Any thoughts? Thanks,Dominik

Hey Community,I received a request to update our company CNAME. I have added the new Domain alias, but now need to update the actual domain listed in the Admin section. What will happen to existing landing pages when I make this change? Will all the current landing pages update to the new domain? I would assume they would remain unchanged but that new landing pages built would have the new domain. Also, what would happen if I clone a program with landing pages that have the old domain? Will the cloned program use the new domain or whatever domain was used when the original pages were built?Any help here would be great!Thanks!Keith Nyberg

I was trying to create a XF . Created XF template type by copying the wknd's XF template type.  But when I'm trying to create XF template using the created template type, I found a strange situation. All the .hidden group components are not present in the allowed components list. But I need those components to create my XF.    As a next step I created policy and added components directly into the policy through crxde. Then I was able to see the required components in my templates but still not in the allowed template list. Also those components are added via crxde (through policy node) missing the styles. just content only able to see after authoring.   Anyone has come across such situation?

Hi   I have created a project to be deployed in ams cloud. We have requirement, for not to cache clientlibs files.   So we have written a transformers for that.    When i try to setup rewriter in ui.config , transformer is not working .     In ui.apps,  i created config folder and moved rewriter folder , transformers is working as expected.     Is this expected behaviour or i am missing something?

Hi, I am working on an email templating project in which I am trying to set a variable value in Personalization Block through Embedded JavaScript(EJS) Syntax. The issue I am facing is that I'm unable to set the value in variable. Upon rendering it is simply displaying the text. For example:    Code:        <% var subject = %> <?= cms.subject ?>         Rendered in Personalization Block Scenario:I am working with Contentful(Headless CMS) which is linked with Adobe Campaign. I upload the HTML with Embedded JavaScript (EJS) template on Contentful and from there I push the code to Adobe Campaign Personalization Block. Once the code is rendered so it looks something like the above screenshot as shown. I tried using the below code but it doesn't work <% var subject = "<?= cms.subject ?>" %> because it throws an error, when I upload the document on Contentful, by stating that it cannot find the closing tag "<?". Hi,   I have to insert/update data to Campaign classic DB from a JS activity. I receive the info in a webservice call, so i read the date and loop and have to pass the details in an update query. But the query is only accepting values not a reference to variable which I read from the call. please advice how an I pass a reference to var?   I have the below script,   workEmail is the variable with value I read from the webservice call data.   var updateEmp = <recipient xtkschema="nms:recipient" operation="_update" _key="@email" email= workEmailfutRetNot="true" />xtk.session.Write(updateEmp);   I get this error,    js JST-310000 Error while compiling script 'tWKF945/js' line 79: invalid XML attribute value (line=' email= workEmail' token='workEmail').   How can I pass the workEmail?   Thanks, Sirisha    

Hi,I've followed the steps to generate JWT token from Adobe I/O and then exchange it with Access Token.It's working as expected but the expiration of the token is set for 24 hours.After 24 hours I need to generate a new JWT token and Access token.Since I need to generate it every day is there a way to do it programmatically or ser a process to refresh it?Thanks,Sagi

Hi All, We are using JWT acces token to call Adobe I/O for Analytics. Since access token expires after 24 hours, currently we have to manually generate it.Can you please suggest how the token can be refreshed "programmatically".
