Cannot login to Adobe Dynamic Media App (in AEM as a Service)

Hello,

I have admin privileges on each of our products in Adobe (Assets, Dynamic Media, etc.). But even that fact, I cannot log in to the desktop app : 

I found an article in Adobe tutorials that I should ask "Dynamic Media administrator" for access. Okay - I'm the Dynamic Media administrator, but I cannot answer this question. How should I access it there? The person who was using it before - no longer work in the company. 

 

Any ideas? I will be grateful for your help!

I would recommend opening a support case for more help, as I don't think this is the right channel for sharing personal/business details.
