Cannot login to Adobe Dynamic Media App (in AEM as a Service)

Hello,

I have admin privileges on each of our products in Adobe (Assets, Dynamic Media, etc.). But even that fact, I cannot log in to the desktop app : 

I found an article in Adobe tutorials that I should ask "Dynamic Media administrator" for access. Okay - I'm the Dynamic Media administrator, but I cannot answer this question. How should I access it there? The person who was using it before - no longer work in the company. 

 

Any ideas? I will be grateful for your help!

To help with this request, we need your organization's Dynamic Media account name and email address. Based on that, the details of active admins can be retrieved. I would recommend opening a support case for more help, as I don't think this is the right channel for sharing personal/business details.
