Hello Experts !I need an urgent help in making some change for workflow. I'm trying to figure out if Marketo has the ability to track how long a contact views a certain web page. I looked for it while creating a smart list but I couldn't find it. I could only find the "date of activity" as the constraint.

Dear Experts,sometimes when I upload an asset and want to use it in the editor, it cannot be found for a long time. Up to one day in some cases. I tried using a different browser to exclude caching problems, but it did not help. What could be an issue here and what can be done to remedy it?Fresh files become visible under /assets.html/content/dam right away, but do not appear, when any author (not just me) searches for them in the editor. Hi. I'm working on an ecommerce site and I wrote some logic to populate the s.state (and others variables) for each successfully placed order and the report is populated. I'm looking at the Visitor State report, using the Visits metric.The problem is that Total of the report is matching the None count, even though the report is showing the states I've been sending...the percentage is 120%..Also, the Total of the Visits table is matching the Total of the Visitor State, meaning that my data was not counted as a visit, only added in the Visitor state report ?..is that even possible? Something like this: Visitor State Report1.None               Visits : 300 - 100%2. SomeState1    Visits :10 - 5%3. SomeState2    Visits: 45 - 10%4.SomeState3:    Visits:  3 - 1%                             Total: 300

Hello Marketo Community,We recently discovered that, when putting together our Program Success Reports, it consolidates individuals' program successes together when they have had more than one.This individual has clicked on one email and then filled out a form on our website within the same reporting period. While this is OK in the main report and preview, if we download the Excel report, the merged cells for the individuals' name and contact details prevent the report from being filtered in the spreadsheet.Is there a way to separate this person's activities onto two rows (one for each action) as someone who has had more than one success in a given reporting period?Any suggestions are welcome

Hi,We are currently in the midst of upgrading to 6.1 (from 5.6) and have an AEM 6.1 publish instance running in a test environment. The issue we see is with a page that pulls in a list of articles that are created in aem under an 'Articles' node. In our author environment, these articles show up since there is an admin logged in. However in our publish environment, they don't show up until you go into the crx/de (in a separate tab) of the publish environment and manually log in. After which, you can refresh the page and the articles will show up. Can someone tell me what we may be doing wrong on this particular page?Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello,one of our cloud platforms is collecting leads via a .php form and pushing data into a Marketo static list via webservice.The cloud platform is cookied and I can therefore track activity in Marketo.I'm wondering if a net new lead is coming through an API and then visits a Marketo cookied page, would the activity be attributed to lead. Or will the activity be considered as anonymous as my net new lead hasn't filled out a Marketo form or click in an email yet?If latter, how can I reconciliate data? Hi,I'm trying to create classifications for "Percent Page Viewed" as recommended by Omniture, so that I can see percents in series of 10. So, if a user scrolled to 92% of the page, I can classify that as 100% page scroll.I have all the implementation completed, but when I try to group them in SAINT, I can't seem to get the Regular Expressions correctly: I'm using a range like this: [91-100] =100%[81-90] = 90% and so on. Any help would be huge. It is throwing the error on page as "Some code could not be run"I am not completely sure if this is an issue with SP1 upgrade because other instance where it is just a 6.1 without SP1 everything looks good.Could you please help us with this ?Thanks,

Hi Adobe experts out there,I have the registration process which is start -> put your name -> phone number -> complete (let's make it simple..). If I use fall out report with all the steps, total success rate is 70%. (10% of users got fell off during each steps). However, if I make fall out report with only start -> complete, the total success rate becomes 80%.  When viewing a fallout report you can see next steps before the specific item (in ad-hoc).  This documentation also mentions that "eventually" saw the specific item: http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/reference/reports_fallout.htmlSince a user cannot proceed from start to complete directly (users had to go through name, phone number to reach 'complete') the success rate should be same for both cases. But why is this different?

Hi,We have several dozen suites for different sites and businesses, which all eventually wrap up into a single suite.In Ad Hoc, I see all segements from all owners for all suites no matter which suite I'm in.  The same goes for Dimensions and Metrics (dimensions and metrics that aren't even captured in the current suite are available).Is there a way to filter or configure the Windows to show only those segments, metrics and dimensions applicable to the current suite?  Or to limit segments to just my segments?  Or something to stop me going crazy :)Thanksnick

We just launched our lead scoring program and noticed that a few of our smart campaigns that use the "Visits Web Page" trigger are not working. We have a  50 or so pages that leads will visit so we want to score leads higher who visit those pages. Our current smart campaign uses the "Visits Web Page" trigger with a constraint using "Web Page: Contains: meeting." All of the pages have the munchkin tracking code and all include "meeting" in the URL.The only thing I can think of is, does the "Visits Web Page" trigger only work on a Marketo landing page? Or if I should be using webpage "is any" and the querystring contains "meeting." Has anyone else had this issue with the "Visit Web Page" trigger? Thank you!

I want to create 1 contact form to rule them all, and then have a drop down where you can select which industry you wish to contact.Depending on the industry that is chosen in the form, the alert must go to different account managers.I've read about advanced filtering, but that option seems to be unavailable (greyed out).How can I set that up in the Smart Campaign ?Thank you!

Hi, looking at benefit from the HTML Gesture API, I'm wondering if there is any parameter to pass to the toggleNavUi() function in order to display not only the Top Nav menu, but the side  menu.What I'm trying to achieve, is having a hamburger icon straight into my article, than onClick event can display the side menu.Until now, I reproduce this behavior by having some extra function that display a side menu right inside the article. But I don't like this approach, as it add additional js layer to maintain inside the article.

Hi , I have an AEM project setup like this -->myproject-->componentsmyproject-->templatesI need to use an external JAR in my project.  For that I created a folder like myproject-->install and through webdev I placed my jar "helloworld.jar" in install folder.  But I am not able to use this JAR in my component file. Its not resolving the class. Any idea. 

I am a brand new AEM 6.1 developer. I am following through the tutorials I found here: outv.omniture.com.Specifically, I've been following the "Create Project", "Create Template", and "Create Page Component" tutorials.The tutorials walk me through creating a folder structure in CRXDE Lite for "training" that contains folders for "components" (and "components/page" and "components/page"), then "install", "src", and "templates". Next it has me create a template called "contentpage", that uses "training/components/page/contentpage" as its resource type. Then I create a new component in "training/components/page/contentpage". I edit this component to change the JSP to just have some basic HTML for a page. (html, head, title, body, h1, close). I 'save all' and then move on.From there, it sends me to the old interface for WCM, and has me create a new page (named 'test'). Here is where things seem to break down.
