Hi All,The Linux box gives EST as time zone but the user inbox on AEM WCM UI shows PDT as time zone. Could you throw some light on what I am missing here.we didn't set -Duser.timezone, Please let me know if it is any OSGi configuration. Thanks,Chamu.

Hi,I kinda cannot link my AdobeID for Target Classic Workflow.Steps to reproduceLog into the Marketing Cloudnavigate to the Apps section, select Target Classic WorkflowURL changes to https://admin.testandtarget.omniture.com/login and an error appearsI know it has worked before but I have had lots of issues in the past since the AdobeID password does not seem to work here, blocking my account after a few failed attempts.This is super frustrating (especially since I have admin rights). How can it be that the single sign-on does not work properly on Target Classic?Any thoughts on this?Thanks,Bjoern

Hi:I am use the Campaingn sandbox to lean, and i meet the next problem.  and thanks for you time.1.  I can't create a recipient under "My Comapny-> Profiles and Target -> Recipients"2.  I extends deliver schema(nms:delivery) with the next.     When in "Tools -> Advanced -> Update database structure", it the the schema is not     selectable to update except I change the name of element from "content" to other ( ex. "content2"). 3. I extends recipient schema like the screen shot next .    When I "Update database structure",  the  next attribute's name is truncation to "enrollment".<attribute label="Enrollment date" name="enrollmentDate" type="date"/>But when if I change the the attribute name like next , it is OK. <attribute label="Enrollment date" name="enrollmentDate2" type="date"/>

Currently, if a user has no access on the repository but since SAML is configured is authenticated and posted back to AEM instance, it shows a default 404/403 page. We want to customize that page. However, the documentation here mentions that it's not recommended. AEMIs it possible in the dialog config to hide items in the table properties.  I know we can set defaults, but I would like to hide the width, height, caption, border, etc.  And have those all be controlled with CSS, and not allow the author to adjust them. Thanks!

Some of our leads have the wrong acquisition program and were just blank before. Is there any sort of flow step to change this field back to blank? Or label as "unknown"?I've tried a Change Data Value: Acquisition Program but it wants me to put a specific program not just blank.Is this somehow possible?

There are different indexing options provided by AEM. I am currently on AEM 6.1Lucene index - Stores index data under repository (crx-quickstart\repository\index). Index config resides on AEM (/oak:index)Solr index - This would store index data on remote Solr Instance, configurations are on AEM side (/oak:index)External solr without indexing config on AEM - This would have data indexed manually through code to remote solr instance and then search hits can directly be made to solr instance. (Here we don't have to worry about clustering on the AEM side)First 2 options search hits happen through AEM through querybuilder. Question isIn case of clustered environment does each publish instance needs to have index configuration? And each AEM would have indexed data stored? Anyone having issues with webpage visits not being tracked correctly? We have a trigger campaign that is looking for visits to specific Marketo landing pages built for a program. Not sure if this is relevant, but these landing pages will be shared via social channels and not in email. In our tests, activity to these landing pages isn’t being tracked even though the test contact we're using is a cookied/known contact. Activity to these pages isn’t showing in webpage activity reports. It's also not showing in the activity log of the known lead we’re testing it on. So in turn, the trigger campaign isn't firing. I know it can sometimes take awhile for activity to update/show, but we're going on 24 hrs and still no data.Any thoughts on why this is happening?

Hi Marketo community, I am having issues manipulating the form button styling in the 2.0 editor.  In 1.0 I could drop an HTML block onto a landing page, which contained scripts that allowed me to change the appearance and position of the form button on the landing page level.I know you are supposed to be able to do most of this natively in the 2.0 editor now, but I seem to be experiencing a lot of bugs when trying to apply changes via the WYSIWYG.  For example, in the screenshot here I updated the font type for the form in form settings.  It updated the font in the form fields, but not on the button.  Is it possible to make the button I choose bigger or smaller?  Also in regards to the buttons, if I select a custom color for one of the button styles, the hover color becomes the original button color and there does not appear to be a way to change the hover color.  This creates serious issues in our ability to create forms that use branded colors and fonts.

So I have an issue.  Our clients and prospect base own/work for multiple dealerships. So in SF they might be associated to dealership 1 but they complete a form or we upload a list and that says they are with dealership 2.  So right now Marketo updates with the new dealership data which in-return updates SF.  But that can actually cause alot of confusion in the company if a salesperson is already working with this contact and now their dealership name has changed.I actually just had this happen when I imported a list, it updated the person's name (First and Last) to a more generic name (John Doe to Financial House) which caused a lot of confusion with a division who had John Doe coming to a class but John Doe no longer existed.So I'm trying to come up with ideas on how we can still capture more updated information from form submissions, but if it's a list import not update the data into SF, or maybe even not update the data in Marketo.  Any ideas on the best solutions for something lik

Hi, is there a way to stop a user approving their own emails?So say for example I create an email and it goes out for approval, I can go in and approve it myself. I want to disallow this, however, I should still be allowed to approve someone else’s emails so I can’t use operator restrictions because I still need to have approval rights just not on my own emails.Is this possible?ThanksYusuf

Hi there, I'd like to create a segment that shows me only pages which were the last pages (i.e. exit pages) in a given visit. I can apply the Exit metric to the Pages report, but the Exit metric is not available when creating a segment. How can I do this?Many thanks for any help!

Hi All,We have a requirement where we have to provide flexibility to sort the content based on Published time.The Publish date can be retrieved using: “jcr:content: cq:lastReplicated” property. But the problem is this property is set only on Author instance and not on Publish instance.I analyzed and found that when the content is replicated for the first time for Author to Publish, the replication date is set in author for “jcr:content: cq:lastReplicated” property and “jcr:created” property is created for same content in Publish instance and has same time stamp. With subsequent replication, the “jcr:created” property remains same and contains timestamp of very first instance it was created in publish instance. We need property which updated constantly in PUBLISH instance associated with content which can suggest when the content is last published.Thanks.Nitish

Hi, Have you guys had issues with Marketo Forms getting duplicated again and again? Here are the steps I am doing:One the page -> Highlight a container -> Remove itemInsert Element ( section that has text + image + Marketo Form)Once that is done. When I try to preview Experience B in preview mode I get javascript errors and the Form keeps getting duplicated 3-4 times. Hello Experts,We are facing issues with permission when we are giving user permission to more than one folder:Lets say: Group Italy is given permisson "Read Write Delete Create" to Folder ItalyUser A is added to Group Italy.Now there is one more group called India with permission "Read Write Delete Create" to Folder IndiaUser A is added to Group India.Now what is happening Effective permission user is getting is reduced to Write, Delete and Create for both the folders.This is happening with Adobe AEM 5.6.1 Any help will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks,Nitin
