Adobe AEM Permission Issue

Hello Experts,

We are facing issues with permission when we are giving user permission to more than one folder:

Lets say: Group Italy is given permisson "Read Write Delete Create" to Folder Italy
User A is added to Group Italy.

Now there is one more group called India with permission "Read Write Delete Create" to Folder India
User A is added to Group India.

Now what is happening Effective permission user is getting is reduced to 
Write, Delete and Create for both the folders.

This is happening with Adobe AEM 5.6.1 
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
