My company's marketo instance has some custom objects that they created which contain information that must be sent in marketo emails.One of the custom objects in question is our own custom Company object where each user in marketo can be linked to multiple company custom objects.The information in this custom object are synced in from our company's system in batches of 300 custom object instances at a time. Because all the custom objects for each user are synced at once in a batch of 300, the updated at values in each of the custom objects are the exact same value. The updated at date value seems to only track precision up to a minute.My problem is that, from what I gather, when you are triggering smart campaigns using the custom object updated trigger, you are unable to get the data of the custom object that actually triggered the campaign.It seems like the $triggerObject in velocity is not accessible. I looked for a workaround for this issue and it seems that the consensus is that y

Hi,With the tutorial Inserting tags in your site , we have URLs like http://localhost/r/1234?tagid=amount&amount=78&article=3.How to check if the call has been made succesfully in AC? Is it available in the file web.log?I'm aware it should pop up on our deliveries, but it doesn't. So we need to debug this information and check if AC correctly received the call and correctly interpreted it.We use AC7 hosted by AdobeThank you very muchFlorian

Hi All,We have a workflow being developed in AEM 6.2 classic UI. Right after "Flow Start", there is a dynamic participant step say "A", there is an OR split and 4 branches/flows under it.1] In one of the flows, after "A" we immediately have two custom process steps in succession followed by a dynamic participant step say "B". If we give some comments in "A" step they are not carried over till it reaches "B". However,2] In the same sub-flow #1[mentioned above] if I have a custom process step and then a dynamic participant step say "C", then comments given in "A" show up in "C". But our requirement will need to have two custom process steps in succession. 3]How do we still retain the comments provided in our scenario. Any thoughts/pointers/reference code on this will be really helpful.

Hello,I would like to ask you for advice how to get my Custom Font working on my Theme Template.I followed all the steps provided from this thread - Regalix Marketo Services: How to add custom font to Marketo templates and the font still didnt worked on my side.1. Coverted the font;2. Uploaded it to the platform - The converted .eot, .svg, .ttf and .woff formats;3. Updated the CSS @font-face with the correct URL paths as shown from the tutorial link and pasted into the Theme Template <style></style> tags. Here is an example of the URL of which I pointed for the @font-face :('/rs/786-LBD-533/images/FuturaBT-BoldCondensed.eot');I have even tried adding the full url path but still didnt resolved the issue for me.Tried downloading and uploading different font but it still didnt changed after changing the font-family in the CSSAnd when I check the console error - here is what I get as an error - app-ab29.marketo.com/rs/786-LBD-533/images/FuturaBT-BoldCondensed.ttf 403 (Forbidden

I am trying to develop customized report in adobe campaign from Configuration menu. As I need several tables in single report I have written 5-6 query boxes in the report. Each Table in report access the data from respective query box. I need help for two things:1) Fetching data from different queries in for same table.I want data from two different queries in single table.2) Changing the variable name and reassign in report.I am querying for one of the column in workflow but I want to reassign the value and print it in table.For eg. If column value is customer_twoWheeler_day1 I want it to only print Two Wheeler in report column.PFB the workflow I used.

Is the layout container a replacement for parsys? It seems it can do what the parsys can do in addition to all the responsive layout features that it supports. Agree / disagree with this?In view of that, is there any case where using the parsys makes more sense than using the layout container? Or the parsys is pretty much obsolete now?Thanks for any insights on this.

My requirement is to send a notification in AEM Inbox without using Workflows.Is there a way to send a notification from code itself.ThanksAnupam

Hi Experts,We have AEM 6.4 Adobe Managed Services environment and using the Amazon S3 as data store. We want to upload the 3 million assets including image (per image size is 15-20 GB) and video (per video size is 25 GB). What is the best way to upload these assets in bulk in AEM? Can we use the AEM desktop app? Thanks

Hi there, It looks like this thread is related, but does not answer the question: https://nation.marketo.com/message/194671-re-form-validation-behavior#194671 Right now on the mkto form I am using, the error message appears not upon form submit, but rather after clicking on an empty field for the second time. Is there any way to adjust this validation to occur upon form submit or to change the validation to trigger after the third or fourth time an empty field is clicked upon? Thanks,Jason

Hi there, The company I am currently with has recently migrated their users from Omniture to The Experience Cloud. In Omniture it was easy to impersonate a user by heading to the user management section and clicking "login as user". However I cannot seem to find it since the users migrated. Could anyone shed some light on this please? Cheers

Hi allI'm trying to migrate an app so it works on AEM 6.4 beta, but I ran into the following problem:When I install my bundle. I get the following error:org.apache.sling.jcr.resource,version=[2.4,3) -- Cannot be resolvedRight now, I'm using version 2.9.2 of org.apache.sling.jcr.resource. Here's the pom dependency:<dependency>     <groupId>org.apache.sling</groupId>     <artifactId>org.apache.sling.jcr.resource</artifactId>     <version>2.9.2</version>     <scope>provided</scope> </dependency>I checked in AEM's web console, and searched for that dependency using the dependency finder ( http://localhost:4502/system/console/depfinder ), and It turns out that package "org.apache.sling.jcr.resource" cannot be found in AEM 6.4 beta:I checked in AEM 6.3, but I do get a result there: It is because of this that I suspect that the problem is that this dependency is not present

Since the most recent release in Analytics, I am unable to share the embedded components of my pre-existing Workspace (segments and calculated metrics).  I've both Curated Components and clicked on Share and checked the Embedded Components option in the Share Form.  My end-users can see the Workspace, but are unable to access any of the segments or metrics within it.  I've confirmed by going to the Segments inventory and "shared with" is empty.  So I am having to manually share dozens of components with individual people.  Is anyone else having this issue? Anyone know of a workaround?

We are in the process of looking into vendors for improving our data cleanliness with our SFDC database, which obviously will sync into Marketo. A few of the vendors that we are looking into are Reachforce, ZoomInfo and Dun & Bradstreet. Does anyone have experience with any of these vendors or any suggestions on how we can better clean up our data as it relates to improved demographic/firmographic data.If anyone is willing to connect with me to discuss further, I'd appreciate being able to set up some time to chat.

Hi Everyone,We are in a situation where we have to perform up to a 1000 queries per request looking for asset nodes. The queries we use are similar to this one:SELECT * FROM [dam:Asset] As s WHERE ISDESCENDANTNODE ([/content/dam/msi-dam]) AND s.[jcr:content/metadata/cq:productReference] IN ("/etc/commerce/products/msi/smo/smot-wqsav-hon10mm")Using an index the query execution seems to be quick (1-2ms). Here's what the query performance monitor shows for these queries: Query execution time: 2 ms Get nodes time: 992 ms Result node count time: 2421 ms Number of nodes in result: 2 When the time comes to work with the nodes returned as result the things get slow. Here's an example of our code:QueryResult result = query.execute();@SuppressWarnings("unchecked") Iterator<Node> iterator = result.getNodes(); while (iterator.hasNext()) {       Node assetNode = iterator.next();       String path = assetNode.getPath();       if (!assetsUrls.contains(path)) {            assetsUrls.add(path);

Had a weird issue just come up where the page name's are no longer being captured in the Activity Map Page Report, just the URL. I did publish a change in DTM at this time, but the only change was an addition of a production report suite in the Adobe Analytics tool, there were literally no settings or code changes published from DTM at that specific time. The change must be related to the DTM change, but it shouldn't be due to the GUI report suite change.Has anyone else come across this?

Good Morning, GigazelleI am looking to get some clarification related to the trackLocation call.I know that it should be set to fire every time the user launches the app, but I want to understand something:The instructions mention that trackLocation works the same as trackAction.  As a result, if we start sending trackLocation on a number of our calls, do we have the option to combine the data fired in our trackAction into trackLocation, or will we now be sending two calls and increasing our cost?Jeff BloomerSenior Analyst, Digital Analytics ImplementationThe Kroger Co. | Digital Site Experienc
