We currently use AMO but are planning to suspend in option for a different service. Will ending the AMO relationship in favor of another, similar tool (SA360 for example) disrupt the existing AMO titled metrics?  In a world with SA360 and no AMO, would we continue to see Impressions, clicks, cost in the same ‘metric’? or will a new metric need to be created?

Hello everybody,I would like to understand which are the steps required to connect a Generic SMPP with ACC v7 with the assumption that we want to track not only the status of the delivery itself, but also to receive the delivery logs for each recipient contained in the target population. My questions are:- Except the configuration of the external account which are the tasks to be completed?- How may the status of the delivery be updated?- How can I technically retrieve the delivery logs?  Is it possible to fetch the folder name in Access rights when we select "restrict to information found in sub-folders of ' . It is not visible when we query xtk:operator schema. Please find the screenshot for reference 

Currently we are experimenting a Jamstack approach for developing our websites with utilising headless possibliities of AEM.To achieve good scalability, we prefer developing user interfaces "outisde" AEM and will use AEM as a content store so that we can use Access, Permissions and workflows within AEM.So In our value chain AEM is our datasource (content store), We will have site structure with pages and every page will be backed by a content fragment. Every page will have a json blob that represents content for that page. I am creating an email report based off of leads I'v pulled in from ZoomInfo. My question is the email numbers show that over 8k emails have been sent when only 6k Zoominfo Leads exist in my marketo database.  What am I overlooking ?

I am using Angular SPA with DTM.Using custom event based rules, I am able to get all my data including pageName, v41,v42 as correct. Now inside adobe editor, i am storing pagename to s.pageName and some hard-coded value to s.server. I have verified that all my data is correctly populating using OMNIBUG tool as server,pageName, v41 and v42.Problem is coming in Omniture reporting, as server and page data are not coming through. Page-name data only showing SPA homepage in all page visits and server also coming as default from s.code and not the one i am passing from s.server. eVar/prop are all coming fine.Even if I do prop40=s.pageName/prop41=s.server, then in omniutre reporting i am seeing correct data populating in prop40/prop41 but not under Page and server. And again I cant use prop40/prop41 for pagename/server as its not a correct way to follow and PAGE-VISITS are ZERO in that case.Any help how to get data in

I have 2 use cases:1. Programmatically create copy of existing Editable Template and its policies2. Programmatically generate new Editable Template based on Template Type. Could you please suggest which APIs/classes can be used to achieve this. I looked into TemplateManager but it does not seem to be having methods to copy the templates.

We report from Omniture on a monthly basis. While doing the same this month we noticed that the data historic data is not matching with what we had reported earlier. This issue is limited to a single report suite. The segments and metrics definitions remain unchanged. I would like to know the probable reasons causing this issue.

Hi Team, We have a requirement where in we need to ca ll a 3rd party rest api to get a json response based on which we need to construct all the components on the page. So my question is how shall we call the 3rd party api only once and then all the components use the same json response . Please let us know the correct way of handling this scenario.Note: we are not using SPA. Regards

Hi,I am supposed to migrate groups with permissions from one AEM instance to another. Are there any other tested alternatives for the same apart from ACS ACL Packager? The ACS tool does not seem effective and seems to be missing out a few permissions on the destination AEM instance. Please note that these groups are all custom. 

Is there any documentation on how to develop a commerce connector for an eCommerce platform where AEM may not have reference implementation?I mainly want to know how to develop the product importer in terms of the classes to extend, interfaces to implement and general guidelines on what the code is supposed to look like?Is this info available anywhere? Since there are few ootb connectors I would suspect there should be some standard guidelines which the commerce vendors used to implement the connectors.Thanks.

I’d like some clarification on the best way to manage live copy page deletion. language-master  /en    /page1    /page2    /page3And I have a live copy managed by a blueprint that’s simply and exact copyus  /en    /page1    /page2    /page3 First question, if I delete a page in master: language-master  /en     /page1     /page3 That page still exists in the live copy us  /en     /page1     /page2     /page3 Is there any way to “rollout” that deletion to live copies?  I’ve tried syncing the parent page and other rollout method that sound like they would help but nothing does. Second, if I delete a page from a live copy: us  /en    /page1    /page3 That live copy is unavailable for me to rollout a new language-master/en/page2.  The option us/en simply isn’t

Our team has created a Smart Campaign to send out emails, based on several simple choices. Although the Smart Campaign seems to work, Marketo raises a 'Failed: None.get' error for the 'Send Email' flowstep:  Has anyone experienced this particular error before? Because Marketo doesn't provide any additional information about the error.  

I am trying to setup tests for a customer using SoapUI product as a quick test bench. I am successful in calling the session using the admin account and password to get logged in and it returns the sessionToken and securityToken.  I then try to call ExecuteQuery and with the sessionToken that I received from the prior call.  I can and error:  XTK-170019 Access denied. Hi, I haven't come across this before, but I have a Launch property showing the Target extension greyed out with an orange warning icon. I am able to upgrade/configure the extension, but unsure what the warning/notification is for? Any ideas would be most helpful. Thanks

In the documentation[1], it is mentioned that we can activate segments to different adobe platforms using the destination option in AEP. But, when i log in to AEP, i don't see that option. I'm administrator on my instance.
