Campaign Standard

Hi,We're exploring possibilities of using URL-shortener in Adobe Campaign Standard for SMS.Has anyone done such implementation - is it even possible, and if so how would we achieve this?We've done this in Classic using different methods (some of which are outlined in other posts on this forum), but they rely on capabilities that is not supported by ACS. Hi,We're trying to call Campaign inbound offers from a Sitecore page. To do this, I need to generate a WSDL file. I'm following the process outlined in Web service calls , using the schemas identified in Integration via SOAP (server side) . I am getting an XML response, but it seems not to be a proper WSDL file to me.http://XXXXXXXXXX/nl/jsp/schemawsdl.jsp?schema=nms:propositionhttp://XXXXXXXXXX/nl/jsp/schemawsdl.jsp?schema=nms:interactionIf I try another schema, I get a "full" WSDL returned:http://XXXXXXXXXX/nl/jsp/schemawsdl.jsp?schema=xtk:sessionCould anyone please tell me what the "right" schemas are for inbound offers, or better still, where I could find a list of the available schemas ?Thanks and regards,Neil

Hi ,We have created a Trigger in ACS following the guidelines of Adobe doc , Marketing Cloud Triggers . We followed all the steps mentioned in the doc.Triggers are getting fired when the respective website activity happens.(clicking on a button).the values like visitor id, evar1 (from analytics ) are also getting captured , we verified this from Adobe Debugger.However , events at Adobe Campaign Standard are not getting processed.We came across Adobe Postman Test your Direct Entitlement API V2 . When we checked the event via Postman the event is getting processed and we are getting Email as expected.However when we are doing the same from website , the trigger is firing at analytics and it's coming to campaign but the event is not getting processed.any help regarding this is appreciated.-Senthil

Hi Folks,Am looking to configure generic SMS connector from Adobe Campaign to an external fulfillment vendor.I was able to achieve the functionality building a JSSP API but was wondering if I can use external connection for mobile channel fulfillment to achieve this integration.Any pointers in the documentation to configure this ?

Hello - we are in the process of transitioning to Adobe Campaign. The UI in Adobe Triggers is missing some standard events like "Cart Open" or  "Orders."  I have looked in the reporting suite and these are visible everywhere.  Any ideas or bugs out there that could be hiding these metrics from showing within the UI?  I have built the Cart abandonment trigger every which way possible and cannot get it to fire. Below is the latest iteration I built using available and similar variables. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Hi,I get the message above when I try to create a query accessing data from an external data source in a workflow. 'Edit query' - preview lets me see the correct data, however when I run the workflow (which only contains this one query), I get the errorXSV-350000 Unable to load document of identifier 'xtk:crdb_impala.xsl' and type 'xtk:xslt'.Any ideas?The data is accessed via an odbc connector.RegardsOttar.

Hi,We have a requirement where we want to initiate an email proof send (out of Adobe Campaign) via AEM for internal QA. The client has sensitive data on Adobe Campaign and they don’t want people to log in on AC, so they want the proof send from AEM.I thought I can create a workflow for that, and call API methods from ECMA script so I can use it in a step.I have 2 main questions where I would like to have some feedback from the community:Do I need a special certificate for AEM accessing Adobe Campaign API web service?I found this https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/standard/en/api/ACS_API.html#setting-up-api-access but I’m not sure if I have to get a special certificate being AEM and AC both from Adobe, and properly registered. They are also connected between each other, cause we are able to send newsletter content to AC for sending emails. I have created a registration(Landing) page in AEM and the responses are being captured in the External Responses table of the Adobe Campaign. I want to know how many have subscribed to this on daily basis. Is there any way that this registration report can be automated to receive on daily basis?Thanks

The concept is based on our monthly subscription model product. The reasoning is the subscription model app is not indicating a non-renewed customer. So I need to look at the past 2 months (from GetDate()) to see the $ value to figure out if I need to treat the recipient as a customer or lost customer(non-renewed).I need to pull back the most recent purchase month and log the transaction total for each recipient in my workflow.For example:Previous month 1 transaction total (1 month ago (0-31days ago))Previous month 2 transaction total (2 months ago (32-60 days ago))Basic Rules:If Previous month 1 > 0 && Previous month 2 >= 0 that recipient is current customer.if Previous month 1 == 0 && Previous month 2 > 0 that recipient is a non-renewed customer.I've got most of this done BUT, im having trouble inserting the date var into the XML queryDef. HelloIn the HTML-template of a delivery I have a placeholder in a label tag, like_label="<%= targetData.mod1_cta_label %>In a sent email the placeholder is replaced, but not in the tracking log, and so also not in the report “URLs and click streams”Is there a way to also replace it in the tracking log?I first thought, in https://forums.adobe.com/message/10142256 would be a solution, but as far as I see, the solution there is only for replacing the string “<%= targetData.mod1_cta_label %>” with an other string, that is always the same for the same label placeholder.But I want the same value that was sent out with the email and which for different recipients is different.Michael

With this in hand, I need to do an inner join on this data to my savedDataList to collect the columns for each send that has been logged here. I then need to join my data list with the trackingLogRcp to also get the open/click information. Once all of this has been gathered, I need to save these columns into a file so that they can be exported into another system.I would like some assistance in constructing this query. I've sent a few deliveries manually using ad hoc data.How do I setup a Campaign Workflow to query these sends to send a follow up email?I've tried to query the Archived Event Tracking Logs for all Labels containing a certain word.  That produces a count of zero.  I've also tried the Recipient Tracking Logs and Tracking Log.Can someone help with this please?

Hi all,Hoping someone can enlighten me on some discrepancies on bounce reports within Campaign Standard.An example of a recent mailing we sent had 67 Bounces/Errors.After looking at the sending logs for said mailing, if you filter by 'Failed' it only displays 60 results, yet when you load more to view the full list this only displays 42 of the 60.Does anyone know why there would be a discrepancy of 7 between the amount of bounces and errors with the 'Failed' list, and then why it would only display 42 of those 60 in failed list?Many thanks,Bob
