Hi,I have created one new custom resource(not an extended one, I named it Testtablesovan) and added three fields and published it. And I am trying to access that resource through the REST API like following:To get all the data from the resource: GET https://mc.adobe.io/<org_name>/campaign/profileAndServicesExt/cusTesttablesovanTo post data from the resource: POST https://mc.adobe.io/<org_name>/campaign/profileAndServicesExt/cusTesttablesovanBut for all the cases, I am receiving the following error:RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator.Error rc=-2003Could anyone please help me on that?PS,I have found out there are a lot of issues logged in the forum, but the workaround or fix is never mentioned. Hello.I'm back with a new question on ACS We are currently making Campaigns and email delivery on a stage platform.We will have to deploy those campaign and email delivery on the production platform.The emails contains image and those were upload on the acs stage platform when we create the delivery (so the img src tag was changed with http://....stage.adobecampaigb.com/res....../...jpg)When we create a datapackage with hose delivery and put it on the production environment, the   content still refers to the stage for the img. (and we need them to be uploaded on the production environment)Anyone ever found a workaround for this ?(Standard doesn't allow the image to be pushed again on the production environment)Thank you

Hi,We are using Adobe IO Rest API to create a profile and add the subscriptions to the profile.We are always getting the error "orgUnit property is not valid for the 'profile' resource." when we trying to override the default value ("all") set by profileAndServicesExt/profile api. Same applicable for geoUnit.Note: We are using custom profile that get extended from default one with Add access authorization management fields set to true.Any pointer to fix this will help us more.-Prem

Hi there,I have created a custom resource which contains a link to the profile resource for each record.I need to insert new records and update existing ones using flat file upload via a workflow.I am able to update all other data fields except the link to the profile resource.Any idea how can we map a profile field in .csv file to the profile link in custom resource.Thanks,Rahul

Hi all, Is it possible to do Adobe Campaign Installation without External Apps like IIS, Tomcat, Email Server Etc? Taking this main approach of installing all these one by one, I am getting into multiple issues and I want to get to Campaign working at the earliest with minimum most installations and time. If I just install AC Server and Client, when I open my AC Client, it is showing "Adobe V6" for connections and it has URL http://localhost:8080. This URL itself is not working because I do not have IIS. Tomcat etc, I believe. On the other hand I have made IIS available by making the checkboxes and URL "http://localhost/" is showing IIS landing page. So, now if I want to create a new Instance, what to do, preferably without IIS and Tomcat? The AC server version I am using is 7.0.8857. Appreciate your support. Thanks, Rama.

Hi Team, Can we have targetData as a delivery label ? which I mean is i have the requirement to create a delivery label which is likely to be on primary key basis. I am aware that we can have the Analysis tab to drill more on personalization ; but I have not delivery label to be having from the targetData (means incoming data). When attempting to log-on to Adobe Campaign from home when connected to the business VPN (the same IP we connect via when in the office with no issues) despite the IP address being white-listed, we cannot connect, and receive an error message that the IP we’re trying to connect with does not have access.The IP address shown on the error message however has no resemblance to the business IP, seems random, and changes each time I attempt.I’ve investigated with our IT team, who are a bit perplexed.Has anyone else come across this issue?

The reason is, I'm trying to do a API call from the instance and getting the following error."The URL 'https://abc.def.com/ghi/' that the script is trying to access is not part of the authorized addresses in urlPermission (serverconf.xml)". Hi All,I have created a service which send out my customized transaction email, when somebody has subscribed to my service.  I have created the following1. Service which is configured to a Real-Time event for delivery of customized subscription emails.2. Realtime event, with First Name in the data structure and enriched to a Profile ( firstName)3. Transacation email, where the subject header is personalized with context->FirstNameThe issue is I am getting emails, when soembody is subscribing to my mails by registering via the Landing Page, but unable to personalize it with the First Name of that person.Please let me know, how this can be acheivedRegards,

I am trying to troubleshoot Triggers and the pipelined process using the help at How to use Experience Cloud Triggers with Adobe Campaign Classic It talks about a "pipelined status page" (No triggers are retrieved > Step #4 Look for errors in the pipelined status page. trigger-discarted, trigger-failures should be zero.)Can you tell me where I find this status page in the client UI?

We have over 300 users in about 25 security groups. Is there anyway to limit whose report people can see/edit? We are having issues where people are deleting reports that others created and are scheduled, etc. I dont see reports as a role in the group settings.

I am trying to send the email to target audience using adobe campaign standard .On delivery console it is showing mail as delivered, but none of the target audience receive an email.Can you please let me know the possible issues/root causes for the same?

There are companies such as Evergage and Movable Inc that allow the use of 3rd party API's to be inserted on the client side at the moment of opening the emails. The companies work with whatever ESP we use to get that data inserted into the the emails that the clients view. Does Adobe provide such services to allow our clients to view dynamic real time 3rd party API within the emails based on HTML tags or non-javascript code every time the client opens their email?

Hi,A question there that while creating a multilingual email delivery  say "DEMO" with 3 or more language variants like en-ca,fr-fr,en-QA etc.Is it possible to get 3  Different email delivery labels like DEMO_EN_CA, DEMO_FR_FR, DEMO_DE_QA when the delivery is executed?And these should be the label showing up in reports.Thanks in advance

Does Adobe Campaign Standard provide an end-to-end solution for sending SMS messages or must the client use a separate 3rd party SMS vendor as the endpoint?(Thanks in advance for your help. I am new to both SMS sending as well as ACS .. my previous experience is with Campaign Classic email channel)

Is it possible to send the same version of an email as only 1 copy of the file (not duplicates) to split target groups each with a wait - I guess basically a Drip Campaign? We've only been able to make it work with using multiple copies of the same email, and this is not exactly optimal. What we are doing is targeting based on the last time a customer opened an email from us, then we separate them out into different groups and send to each group with a wait - ie, send to 30 day openers immediately, send to 60 day openers after an hour, send to 90 day openers after 2 hours, etc. We want to be able to just use 1 file, rather than 10. (as seen below:)We've done some simple testing with waits and sending the same email file that worked with a very simple list of a few people, but we can not get the below workflow to work with our actual very large list of 100s of thousands:Any help is greatly appreciated!
