Hi folks, I have to code a email template for Adobe Campaign, but the Adobe Marketing Cloud is a completely new world for me. I have already tried to get concrete information on how exactly the code from email templates works in Adobe Campaign. There is a lot of information but I can't find the relevant stuff. I contacted Adobe Help Center, but I only got general stuff from them. Could someone, who already has experience with coding email templates in Adobe campaign, help me and refers me to specific videos or websites or PDFs (or maybe some examples) so that I can start with the topic somehow. That would be really great! Thanks in advance! CheersIvan

Hi,  since November we can't change any Custom Resource. When we try to see one of them, we see this: RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator. Have you ever seen this before? Thanks

I have a question coming from our BI Department and I am not sure I can answer them as I am not 100% sure, Quention below, Can you tell us the difference between the DELIVERY_CONTACT_DATE and EVENT_DATE in the delivery log? We are using EVENT_DATE in the delivery log, but when we match it to the tracking log, there’s opens or clicks with a LOG_DATE before the EVENT_DATE that’s in the delivery log. When compared to the DELIVERY_CONTACT_DATE, the EVENT_DATE seems to be different and it’s sometimes multiple days after the DELIVERY_CONTACT_DATE. I’m running some numbers to see how often it happens that I can follow-up with but figured I’d get this over to you to see if you had any insight. Thank you

Hi,Since the release of Adobe Campaign Standard version 20.2, it is possible to do e-mail testing using targeted profiles. I need help to select the profile to use for testing.  I've followed the steps in the tutorial:https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-standard/using/testing-and-sending/preparing-and-testing-messages/testing-messages-using-target.html The profiles are targeted in a workflow: The email delivery in the workflow is 'paused', to prevent it from sending e-mails without testing. But I don't see the option to create a substition.What do I've to do to solve this problem and test my e-mails properly, using additional data added in the workflow? Kind regards,Björn

Hi,I am trying to understand the ACS backup guidelines. We are in between of setting a new instance for ACS and need to plan the data backup policy and how to and whom to contact in case of restoring the backuped up version.We are considering the restore requirements in case of data corruption, schema changes or resources corruption due to data load, package migration or incorrect updates via workflows. Also want to understand the backup policy if applicable for OOTB entities or custom entities also.It will be very helpful if someone can also direct me to the document link if any on ACS documentation.Thanks!

is there a react native package available for Adobe Campaign?

Where in an email delivery activity can we set up throttling to send emails out over the course of several hours? This is an option used in ACC and when going through IP Warming but I do not see where this exists in ACS.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.

Hello,When URL's are passed as targetData from the workflow to the content form they are not marked for personalization and no tracking information is added. Is there a way to ensure they are detected and the proper tracking information is appended?Thanks.

We are migrating from Eloqua and are trying to mimic a simple drip campaign.  We would like a feeder to evaluate every hour to see if anyone in the DB has met our criteria and if so, add them to the workflow.  The workflow would include a series of emails.  So receive email 1, wait 10 days, send email 2, wait 10 days etc etc...  We are finding out that there is no easy way to have that feeder evaluate every hour and just add the incremental people who now meet the criteria.  This seems like such a standard function of most campaigns.  We would like to query the DB for anyone who dynamically meets a set of criteria.  Once the criteria is met, they need to go down the same path as everyone else that met that criteria.

Does anyone know what the following namespaces acronyms stand for?:"nl" = neolane xtk: concerning platform system data (like folders)? nl: concerning the overall use of the application, nms: concerning delivery (recipient, delivery, tracking, etc.), ncm: concerning content management, temp: reserved for temporary schemas. cus:: xtk: ? nl: neolane? nms: neolane something? ncm: ? temp: temporary cus: ?It's not listed in the Adobe campaign documentation.

Trying to understand the sequence of events when trying to use POI data. I would like to test sending either an InApp or Push alert using POI. I see data flowing in for my device(iOS and Android). So, if I can get a sequence of setting up a delivery in ACS for entering or exiting this POI. Hello there,  It seems I am experiencing several issues related to enabling thousand separators for numeric fields. The fields are based on a load file in which I am using floats with double precision and for every variable I enabled decimal & thousand separators (where applicable). However it seems that the extract file's number format overrules any settings done in the load file node. However, the extract file's option for thousand separation does not offer an option to choose the method of separation (e.g. a period). I think this is the reason why my output currently looks like this:  Load file configuration Extract file configuration Is there any way I can get '198.863,64' as output? In addition, why are the extract file settings generalized over all (numeric) variables? The problem we also run into is that enabling a thousand separator in the extract file also affects the customerid and other numeric variables which should not be separated. &
