Hello everyone, first of all I would like to thank you for your support. While testing and sending our first campaigns in ACS we came across some incorrect representations of deliveries in Outlook (Windows versions only). The problem is the following: Images are sometimes displayed across the full width of the mailing in Outlook. The phenomenon occurs randomly. So we create mailings with the same template and from time to time it does work. Sometimes it does not. HiI am creating a workflow to import profile data from S3. I need to send a mail to a group of users after successfully consuming the csv file from s3. I also need to need email incase of failure. Thanks,Rahul

Do you know if an employee who reads emails using the reading panel vs. double clicking will show up as a count in the reporting?

Is there a way to change the link after the email is deployed? 

How can we send PDF email attachment? and Can we have the same pdf populated dynamically based on recipient information?

I often have to share ACS emails with people who do not have access to ACS, so I typically send a link to the web version of the email to these people. However, I noticed that these links break after a couple of months and I can no longer access the link. Has anyone found a way to make these links permanent? Alternatively, if there is a better way to export the email such that the dynamic variables are filled, that might work as well. Thanks!

Ex: I have an Email field which is coming from the profile table using a query and I want to pass this email to the external parameters. Please help me in achieving the solution. Please see the screenshots attached for your reference. 1. 2. In the Image 2, the constant value is passed to the external parameter "Email" declared in the Image 1, So In place of constant I would like to pass the dynamic value which is coming from the inbound transition. Thanks in Advance.

Hi, I have a scenario where a single profile will have multiple program values which will be comma separated values in profile import file "program" column.ex: column name- "programs", column value- "test1,test2,test3".It is also mentioned that they have fixed 15 values like (test1, test2 ... test15). In which profile can have anything from this list. what is the best approach to import this. Also the imported profile values can be changed in adobe campaign in future. So i should provide feasibility to add one more program value for program column for a profile. Should i create a new custom resource for Programs? Kindly suggest. Thanks in advance,Divya 

Hi team,In our current project, we are having a scenario, where Middleware team will make multiple call into ACS system. So here we have a Survey metadata table and a Surveyanswer table. Survey metadata table is 1:M relationship with Surveyanswer table - which means for 1 metadata record, there will be theoretically n number of records in Surveyanswer table. Now what we are seeing from Postman screen, that using POST command, we are not able to send an array of answer records, rather every answer has to be processed one by one. If there are 10 answers, it will require 10 calls from MW layer which is very tough for them considering they will have to build for retry mechanism as well in case of failure.Is it possible to make an array of Surveyanswer table records and send to ACS in a single POST request?

Hey All,I am trying to work through an issue with an SFTP File Processing Workflow. We are trying to grab the data from the SFTP from our Shopify Customer Orders. In doing so I keep encountering errors in the Insert/Update step & I am not sure where the disconnect is.  The Error is:PGS-220000 PostgreSQL error: ERROR: column w0.morderlineitemkey does not exist LINE 1: ...N CusShopify C1 ON (C1.sOrderlineitemkey = substr(W0.mOrderL... ^ HINT: Perhaps you meant to reference the column "w0.sorderlineitemkey". Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

Hello Adobe experts, I want to change the default value of the unsubscription landing page (unsub).I created a new landing page and it works, however the new custom landing page should now be default.When creating a new delivery the unsubscription link should include the new one. Can someone help please? Thanks, regards, Tommy

Hi, When new custom resource is created, the resource ID is created is "cus" prefix. And while extending a resource, the custom attributes are created with "cus" prefix. Is there a way to customise this prefix ( Like change from "cus" to project code ex: "demo") in Adobe campaign standard. Thanks in advance,Divya

Hi all, Is there any reporting or log I can get out from ACS landing page? e.g. I'd like to find out who click on the submit button/unsubscribe button on the landing page or who ended up in confirmation page or error page? Thanks
