Campaign Standard

Since the data files that will be uploaded to Campaign Servers will have PII data, the source system will encrypt (PGP encryption) the data files before uploading them to Adobe Campaign server. As part of the data ingestion process/workflow, we need to first decrypt the files and then ingest the data. Can you please suggest potential solutions for achieving it? Thanks!

You can now use Control groups to measure the impact of your campaigns by excluding a portion of their audience. You will then be able to compare the behavior of the target population which did receive the message with the behavior of contacts which were not targeted. is there a way to encrypt and decrypt URL parameters passed in acquisition landing page. if so please help me out. I am trying to figure out a solution for this.

One of the repetitive steps that I have to do when I create a new campaign in ACS is duplicate a workflow as many times for as many markets I'm going to work with in that campaign.  I was looking for an automated way to duplicate the original workflow. I have tried inserting workflows with an "Update data" activity with some success, the problem is that I don't find a way that the new inserted workflows have all the activities that the original workflow does. Is there a way to duplicate workflow in ACS? Thank you and kind regards,

How do you do a POST from an External API Activity.  It seems to only work for GET.

Hi,we want start using external api activity in a workflow, but we find very difficult to find any service to have a test. Furthermore external API documentation is very poor and doesn't show requirements and example of the API outside Campaign. We find this video and we will be happy to reproduce it.https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-standard-learn/tutorials/managing-processes-and-data/data-management-activities/external-api-activity.html Does anyway can give a clue how to do it or suggest ANY service to test this feature? Thanks

Hi  In ACS i had used the External API in one of the workflows to trigger an External REST Api. This was working all fine, but now I see that ACS is doing a "GET" call instead of a "POST" call on the API and the API is returning a 404 status.  Any insights on how to change this config in ACS would be helpful. ThanksNagendra

Ihave updated the brand for my instance with two dynamic tracking parameters, however when I send a delivery using this brand the link results in an error. Requested URL '/r/?id=h1770,65caca,65cb4d&id=XXXX%40XXX%7CBOW' cannot be foundI am hiding the email address with XXThis is only happening with links that have my tracking parameters applied. Links that do not have the parameters applied work fine.please see attached parameters.

I'm using External API activity and receiving data. (See pict).I want to use it to personlize emails. But having problem to see the data when I use Enrichment?Should I use a Enrichment, and how should I use it? 

I have seen this more than once now. is there any issue with using the scheduler activity in a WKF. my workflow did not start with the scheduler and I had to remove it and restart the workflow. I see this message in logs. 'schedule2' activity: Transition 'transition': The target activity is not specified  can someone please advice.

Hey,I have this amateur question about checking if an email exists:Now, I have a file containing some emails, I load it, but there some emails that already exist in the Profiles table, so I want to update the existing ones, while inserting the new ones with extra and different data,I used Reconciliation Activity which indeed returned the existing Emails but while using the option "Keep in the outbound population" seems to keep everything and does not have an option like Segmentation to generate a Complement.Any ideas,Thank you

Hi, I have the column separator as ";"(semi colon) under file structure of the load activity, but when I have the input file with diff. column separator (ex: "|" pipe). So how do I reject the file in the load file activity. Thanks in Advance, 

Can I add a DL to a profile email address field, I am looking to send proofs at once to all our internal team members instead of adding one by one.

ex: I have '12345' as a string and I have to compare that with a number. Please provide me the solution how to convert the string to number. I have tried using ToInteger('12345') and ToInt64('12345') in the test activity but I am getting the error like "XTK-170007 Unknown function 'ToInt64'." Thanks in Advance.

Hi, i have a requirement as following.I am running profile import workflow where my cvs file will have columns likeEmail; Name; DesignationRolesxx@a.con;Divya;TM,AEyy@a.com;Sekar;AE in this we have designationroles will have multiple values as comma separated. The values will be in short form so I have been asked to create a custom resource cusDesigRoles which will have two columns (key, value) where key is the short form and value is abbreviated form. cusDesigRoles table will have some 100 designation like below and I loaded the table with 100 designations. Key ValueTM Team managerAE. AEM engineer CM CAmpaign engineer How to map my custom profile resource with chaDesigRoles table. It is like N:N relationship. And very importantly, we should provide a feasibility to change/add designationRoles for a profile in detailed screen window for a profile edition. Ex: “CM” designRole can be added to profile “Divya” in future. Refer the sample table above. kind

Using the delivery summary OOTB report within my push "folder", i can choose a date range and generate results for all campaign or delivery metrics of my choice. However, for push, I would like to see a subset of results by Android vs iOS (e.g. sends, opens, etc). There is a "device" metric but it doesnt seem to do this. Any advice on how to do that?

Hi,I need to add a "date delivered" to my typical OOB engagement metrics report. I don't want to apply a "date range" I just want to add a field to the excel spreadsheet that has "delivered date" to a regular delivery summary (opens, clicks, unsubs, etc) without having to go through a workflow scenario. Is this possible? and if not, how to do this easily with a workflow. Has anyone had to do this?

Is there a way to delay the appearance of an in-app message after triggering. eg. the trigger is Analytics View State = Page X > User sees in-app message Y seconds after opening Page X?

Is there a limit when using the email preview via email designer for my profile substitutions? I have added around 30 plus to my profile substitutions and the audience is part of the actual targeting but when I use email designer to check preview it is maxing out to 25. Any help or document around this would be really great.

Hi, I have noticed that when performing a GET request  on a custom resource it returns a LEFT JOIN with the profile so it returns all the results from both the Custom Resource and the Profile it is linked to. GET https://mc.adobe.io/<ORGANIZATION>/campaign/profileAndServicesExt/<resourceName>/ How do I then make sure I only get the result from the Custom Resource?I've tried with filters but that doesn't seem to work either, it still returns as many rows as the number of relations to the profile table it has. This appears to be a recent change to the API it seems because previously I could make a GET request that would only return the rows in the custom resource table. Cheers

I am looking to set up monitoring for the different UI instances of Adobe for our client. I have tried using thousand eyes which we primarily use for the synthetic transaction tests but the login to Adobe ui asks for authentication code which makes it difficult to configure via the thousand eyes script. Has anyone seen this before or any workarounds?
