The CCPA Opt-Out field, which was available via the Campaign interface and API, is now also supported through the Privacy Core Service. This field allows Adobe Campaign users to track whether a consumer has opted-out for the sale of Personal Information. I am BEYOND frustrated with ACS. All I want to do is pull the @2977804 from my recipient table and provide a count.  I'm pulling a query, adding the @2977804 as Additional Date. I'm then running the Query into an Enrichment and when I try to take an Aggregate, I get the same message - "Must be GROUP BY".  HELLO! This function does not exist in the tool. Can someone please help me.

Hello,  I have a situation where a 3rd Party Vendor is in charge of my clients Website. I set up an Order Confirmation and Password Reset Event for Transactional Messaging in ACS. The 3rd party vendor will be providing the data identified in the Event that populates the ctx. Here's what I've done so far 1) I create a project in Adobe I/O to generate a JWT Token. I understand this token is to be used in order to generate the Access Token2) I was able to create and test the Events/Transactional Messaging and send myself the emails.  However, here is where I run into problems. I understand the Access Tokens are only good for 24 hrs and must be refreshed - however, I can't find any documentation that would explain how to refresh the token daily, other than manually logging into the Adobe Console UI, and going through the steps to generate that JWT and Access Tokens.  There's got to be a way for a 3rd Party to gain access via script, where they would use t

Is it possible to change a URL in an email that's already launched from Adobe Campagin? as it goes through a redirect for tracking purposes I can imagine that it can be done but I'm not sure how... Thanks!!

Hi there, Can anyone advise if it is possible to make Profiles read only through the Profiles screen (still updateable through workflows). When creating custom resources, I'm able to define "Actions on data" and leave "authorise creating" unchecked.Then on "detail screen" definition, I can also make all the fields "value" (rather than "input"). Given Profiles is a factory schema/resource.... is it possible to make it read only for all roles/security groups by hiding the create button - and setting the default fields in the detail screen to value rather than input? Many Thanks David

Hi Community,I had couple of workflows created and in the error management i have used administrator all as security group to be notified in event of errors.There is one email which I wanted to exclude from getting this notification, so I removed him from the security group via the admin console, I am also seeing in the Campaign UI that he is not listed in the users for the administrator group.However, he is still receiving e-mail if the workflow encounters errors, how do I fix this?

The access token (jwt) which expires after 24 hrs, is it possible to make it not expire?

In ACS is there a GET or what would the path be to pull back say the transactional email event that was setup.A get on the event that was create gives you history but how about the actual container(meaning email content) to parse variables in the email 

I am trying to setup a dynamic template for an ACS recurring delivery workflow. To do this, I read an incoming CSV, use the reconcile step to; identify the profile id data from the file and like it to the profile id, and setup relation to link the delivery template Ids from incoming file to the delivery Id. I know that in ACC, you can create a javscript step to identify an instance variable which can be used in the delivery to identify the template. However, I am not sure how I can do this in ACS and there doesn't seem to be any documentation on dynamic templates for ACS. Can someone explain how I can create a variable from my target data which can then be used to identify a delivery template id in the recurring delivery?

Hi there, I believe I have encountered a product issue in Adobe Campaign Standard and was hoping for help. When trying to send a push notification to an iOS device, an error is generated which says that the "Platform APNS does not exist" for the instance.We believe this is a PEM certificate issue (as app subscribers are appearing in the subscriptions as expected), however, we are unable to insert a new PEM certificate into the platform. We are operating in our ACS Staging instance, and an error appears when we try to save after inserting the new PEM certificate.The error is as follows:Could not open a connection with credentials. Hi everybody,i would like to search for other fields than the email in the data tab of an outbound transition of a query in a workflow. Is that possible? I am able to take the delivery summary report that contains any metric of my choice (sends, opens, clicks, etc) and pick a dimension like "week" in order to see all email channel metrics by week over a specific time period (e.g. one year). However, I would like to pick a specific country (e.g. Japan) and see those weekly results, instead of seeing it for all countries.  I could take the country dimension and place it inside each week, but that would end up showing me results for all 200+ countries per week, which is overwhelming. Is there a way to pick a specific country and filter the weekly results?

Hi there, When creating new fields in ACS (profile resource extension or new custom resource) is it possible to create calculated fields like you can in Campaign Classic? I mean using an expression attribute expr="xxxx" to make use of the functions or create concantenations of other fields, like you can use in the expression editor. I've seen the default age field is a calculated field. e.g. expr="YearsOld([@birthDate])"But is there a way to do this for custom fields? Thanks David

I'm using a External API-function to get text that I can use in a email.The text have <p> and </p> in the beginning and the end so it messes up with our font in Outlook. I tried using enrichment and then the "replace" function for additional data to replace <p> with ''.But it can only handle text shorter than 255, and our text is longer then 255. Do not really know how to proceed?

Hi, I have a table with three columns Email, score and event and I wanna have the sum of the score by event for each profile lets take an exemplep profile X have two three events Open two times with a score of 2  and video view one time with a score 5 I want to have only email total score for open which is 4 and the second score of 5 with a video view as an event nameso for each profil I will have the sum for every label seperatly.Thanks.

I use line charts over time to show how email sends, opens, clicks, etc grow over the past 2 years. I would like to instead create a Year over Year line chart that would show one line for 2019 and another for 2020 (by week over time). I dont see how to do that. Anyone know how or if it can be done?

For Android users, you can set your push notification as normal priority (the default) or high priority. We've only been sending as normal priority. @davidh2892249 / Team, Need some assistance on setting up delivery alerting, I am looking for setting up alerting only for specific messages/deliveries. I tried to set up a DAC and DAD using finished deliveries but it sends out an aggregate report with all mmids that meet the criteria defined. is it possible to just set it up for few messages as above?
