Where can i find my list of IP Addresses?

I am looking for the IP addresses we use for email, and thought i could find it in my profile but dont see how. Nothing on the support site as far as I can tell. Does anyone know where to look?

    The IP address(es) is not visible inside Adobe Campaign Standard.

    You indeed need to check with Adobe support to provide you the list of IP addresses and if you have multiple also the IP affinity mapping.

    Note: this applies for PROD only. For STAGE instances, a single IP shared by different STAGE instances is used.

    Hi @mbkass,

     

    Sometimes, if it's single ip address used to send emails then affinity on typology created with ip address and if do see name rather than ip address on the affinity then you can open a ticket with support to find out this information. Usually this ip info shared by your company to adobe when the subdomain delegation and audit was done.
