Where can we find the Data Dictionary and Data Model for all the system tables of ACS?

Hi all,I need to know if there is the possibility to use another content variant selection script to select the variant.I'm explain better: we need to set as a content variant selection script a personalization field such as the Country and not the preferred language. For example a variant for US, GB and CN.We know that it is possible to change the default field but when we create a new variant the popop remains unchanged and allows language selection.How can I set a variant for a country? Thanks,E.

Hi there, Trying  to implement restricted access for push execution  process.The scenario I’m trying , two child org units with parallel access .Created respective profiles and security groups and added the users( new users)  The role assigned to these groups are prepare and start delivery Issue : while creating the push deliveries in designated campaigns they are failing and says doesn’t have write permissionAt the same time the user able to create other marketing activities like email /sms/ landing pages Let me know if anyone face this similar kind of issue and resolved thanks   

We have Adobe Experience Manager(AEM), Adobe Campaign(AC), Adobe Analytics(AA) and Adobe Audience Manager(AAM).AA is integrated with the website on AEM and generates the Adobe Marketing Cloud Visitor Id.AA in turn sends the data to AAM.We are now planning to integrate AC to the remaining products and the first step as per Adobe documentation is to generate the Adobe Marketing Cloud Visitor Id from AC.Could you please help me understand how that can be achieved?

I am trying to generate a access token using curl command generated via adobe io console. https://www.adobe.io/authentication/auth-methods.html#!AdobeDocs/adobeio-auth/master/AuthenticationOverview/ServiceAccountIntegration.md I generate the custom JWT and copy the sample curl command from the adobe io console, import that to my postman as shown in the above link and hit send, I get a 500 internal server error. POST: https://ims-na1.adobelogin.com/ims/exchange/jwt/ I am not sure what is wrong, I can generate an access token from the Generate access token option, by using my private key. Open your private key. Then, copy and paste the key in the field. A JSON Web Token (JWT) will be generated and exchanged for your first access token  

Under admin > development one can export packages, right, events and deliveryTransactionalTemplate(s).Can this be accomplished via a workflow so that we could backup the templates(HTML)? If this can be done via a wf it could be scheduled so that one can easily restore the html?Are there any api calls that are exposed to retrieve just the HMTL?

Hi there,I need to test 10 different Transactional Messages, using multiple Test Profiles to check 12 language variants. Since each Transactional Message has its custom Fields, I would like to import all these Test Profiles specifing both the Event ID and Event Data using a workflow.In this way I haven't to create all these Test Profiles manually but I can just create a csv file and import it using a workflow.Then I can use these Test Profiles to send proofs. I don't know how to set the Update Data on Test Profiles schema (seedMember). Can someone help me? Thanks

Hi I'm using Adobe campaign to send out some emails but we are running in to an issue where special characters are not displayed properly, for example Piña is rendered as Piã±A, in the date stored for example in profiles, how can I fix it?

We know that we can export our deliveryTransactionalTemplate from stage and import to prod but that process seems to fail when exporting from Prod as the export fails because of certain branding.The 'Brands (branding)' entity type uses a default ID ('BRDXXXXX') that may cause a conflict when importing the package. Change this name and repeat the operation.Is there a way around this or a way to just extract the HTML to bring down to a staging environment? 

Hello I am trying to buld a post api from wordpress to adobe campaign and I am wondering how to extend the access token expiry length. Having it expire after86399998 seconds isn't really sustainable so I need it to last longer. I have seen another post in 2019 that it can't be extended in analytics but is that still the case (https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-questions/jwt-access-token-how-can-i-change-the-expiration/qaq-p/324806)? Alternavitely is there another option that I can use other than the access token? I am currently testing in postman Any advice would be greatly appreciated Cheers

Hi all,I need to export today's data at fixed time interval every day.For example I have to export the delivery log from 00:00 to 12:00 and from 12:01 to 23:39 of today.When I set the query it isn't possible to set the time  of today but only for a specific date.Does anyone know how to do this export?Thanks,E.

How to create New Control Typology rules in ACS?  Use Case I:  Need to fail the Delivery executed on an adhoc basis by the user in preparation stage if some mandatory URLs are accidentally deleted before sending or missed to get reviewed while proofing the content. For example Opt Out link, Mirror Page link, subscribe link or any other links. Something similar to what we have for Check subject line control rule. Note* - Check unsubscription link (urlOptout) OOB control rule is not failing the delivery when an opt out link is not present. It just writes the warning in the log.  Use Case - II: Need to fail the Delivery executed on an adhoc basis by the user in preparation stage if the user has not named the Delivery Label using proper naming convention.

The Dynamic Report -> Unsubscribe report available in campaign does NOT show the true unsubscribes. The report label says 'Unsubscribed' but the number under it only reflects when someone click on the opt out link of Email. If someone clicks on the Opt out link and later changes it mind and doesn't click on the button to confirm the Unsubscriptions, still the report counts them as unsubscribed. This is misleading.

Hi,I have a query with profiles and I want as additional data the name of the campaign where is located the workflow where is running the query. So for instance, I haveCAMPAIGN AInside "Campaign A" there is  "Workflow A"I run a query on "workflow a" and I want as additional data 'Campaign A' I guess I need something like context.workflow.campaign.name but this doesn't work. KrGabriele

Hi, At the moment the default control rule only checks if the unsubscription link exists and then gives a warning in the log but user can still send the delivery.Is there a way to modify this and stop the send completely like the subject line control rule? Thanks!
