I've got a relation in my profile to a Work Order table, and that Work order table may have for example be like this Profile Email | Profile Work Order IDjohn@doe.com | 1234 Then I have the Work Order Table like soWO - ID | Product Name1234 | Thing 11234 | Thing 21234 | Thing 3 So in my email I want to say something like "Hey John, thanks for buying Thing 1, Thing 2, Thing 3.  We appreciate your business!" Right now I'm trying to go through an Enrichment where I set @productName to that value.  Then I add in that to my code using:<% var productName = ''; var product = context.targetData.productName; if (productName !== '') { productName = product;} document.write(productName); %> This doesn't seem to be working.  Is it returning an array that I need to break out? Should I be doing it a different way using the WYSWYG tool, and if so where do I look for that?  Any help would be great.  This is driving me insane.

Hi I'm very new to ACS, and was hoping someone can help me out.  I built an email and I'm trying to access targetData in the email for the make and model of a car.  I put the code below in the email (I tried "context.targetData" and "context.profile.targetData") and I just get back when I preview "'targetData' element unknown (see definition of 'Enrichment (temp:enrichment1-src)' schema)."  How do I fix this please? <% var aVehicle = 'vehicle'; var aField1 = targetData.Make;var aField2 = targetData.Model; if( aField1 != '' || aField2 != '') { aVehicle = aField1 + ' ' + aField2; } document.write(aVehicle); %>

I'm looking to download CSV data (CSV) behind the Adobe Campaign Standard report(by campaign, aggregate click, open, send). Is there a way to achieve that? Additionally, i see reference to nms:trackingStats table but this seems to be not accessible via "Query" in ACS. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/reporting/reports-on-deliveries/indicator-calculation.html?lang=en   @johnwi12

I have a keypair that is set to expire in the next 2 weeks.  Am I able to generate a new keypair without invalidating the current one that is being used?  I want to make sure if I create a new keypair and update my API authentication code, that I am not impacting my current setup.

Hello,is it possible to add new custom metrics to the reporting?Id like to create a CTOR metric - as this is not provided, but is very important nowadays. It does not seem like there is a way to combine the metrics that are now available to make a custom one, but please let me know if there is a way. Without CTOR any of the email reports are not very useful (or whoever is reading them needs to do the additional calculation elsewhere).Thank you!Zuzana

Team, i am investigating the issue and for API call the requesting service says they got 201 response / Success response however i do not see the email that has been sent. As its profile-based events, ideally, i should see the some logs. When I try to go to event history, it gives me logs but that's for only few events. I need to see complete logs for last 30 days. Please help me how can i see logs for API

I have a requirement on journey below:1. Import Invoice Header Level Data into ACS including (Invoice ID, Amount, Discount, Coupon Discount etc)2. Setup a ACS workflow to query profile which meet the requirement based on invoice data, e.g. Query Profile who total spending > $1200 in past 30 days.3. Workflow will trigger daily to find out the profile who fulfill the requirement and save as audience list.I would like to know the feasbility on ACS's performance this kind of journey which the total invoice volume is around 30-40 million. Can the ACS workflow work fine on this volume?

Hello Everyone, I have some issues when pulling the profiles data from acs campaign api. I use the link https://mc.adobe.io/<ORGANIZATION>/campaign/profileAndServices/profileMy code generate no errors at last. But I only get 25 records in the json file. In fact, we have thousands of records in our instance. I would really appreciate if someone share some thoughts about this issue. Thanks,Rebecca

Is there a way to pass "additional data" (Similar to Query-> additional data) to reconciliation activity when Load File from FTP.  Here is my Technical workflow. Load File->Reconciliation -> Update Data.  The reason i'm looking for additional data because the input file do not have the data attribute that i would like to use in the reconciliation. The reconciliation seems only allow to lookup a variable as opposed to an input string.   @johnwi12

Hi,I have a requirement where I need to include duplicate email ids in the delivery, since they are different in having a unique segment id which is also included in the delivery. I am basically having a split activity and adding separate segment ids to each split (and overlapping the split data). And while sending the delivery, the duplicate email ids are getting excluded with a reason "Double" in the 'Target' section of the delivery.Any way I can overcome this behavior?Thanks,Vignesh

Hi everyone, How can I read an audience dynamically and only combine it with data read from a file if there is an existing audience? Otherwise, I would want to create a new audience from the file. Two challenges:I would want to extract the Audience name from the file name via a regex. The regex should be as follows:Something_[0-9a-f]{8}\b-[0-9a-f]{4}-[0-9a-f]{4}-[0-9a-f]{4}-\b[0-9a-f]{12}_(\w+)_[0-9]{8}_[0-9]{6}\.csv where $1 is the audience name.If the audience already exists I would want to read that audience and combine it with the data read from a file. The file should be identified by that same regex.If the Audience does not exist yet I would want to create a new one. How do I do a regex to extract the name from the file?How do I read the audience dynamically and union with the file data only if the audience exists?Maybe I'm doing it all wrong but I want to pass an Audience from a Segment in Adobe Experience Platform.

Has anyone retrieved content from an RSS feed and sent it out as an email in Adobe Campaign Standard?  I have a requirement that I need to retrieve all the content for an email from and RSS feed.
