Sending from upload file with contact not in profile table

Hi ,

I need to be sure that i can't send a recurring or single delivery by uploading a file with contacts who are not in the profile table.

Could someone confirm that it is not possibile on Campaign Standard?

I am excluding real-time events

You will not be able to send marketing email when targets are NOT in profile table.
