We are setting up SMS and we have Keyword text messages we want to implement. But some of the replay back messages need to have content placed inside of them to fully work.  Example.  Customer text "ID"We replay back with "Account Alerts: Download your ID card at "place content here". Reply STOP to cancel texts " Is there a way to do this or am I going about this wrong?

I want to update and create an Audience with a dynamic ID. When Initially creating the Audience, I would want to also set a Label dynamically? Is this possible? If so how? Safe audience, just lets me use a dynamic label. Is there some other way to update an audience?

Hi community, I need to take some ctx data from an event to update the profile table ? When I choose my event as a Ressource in the Query I can preview the data, I can make show data from the event like first name etc. But it is not data I can see in the transition or use to update. Thank you in advance.Best regards,YS

Hello, I'm trying to use external API activity to read some data from the endpoint. The issue is that response mapping might be different depending of how many rows of data will there be in the response table. So, if there are 2 records in the response, it will look like this: { "message":"OK", "total":1, "page":1, "page_size":100, "payload":[ { "title":"abc1", "nickname":"xyz1", }, { "title":"abc2", "nickname":"xyz2", } ] } and if there will be 3 records it will look like this:{ "message":"OK", "total":1, "page":1, "page_size":100, "payload":[ { "title":"abc1", "nickname":"xyz1", }, { "title":"abc2", "nickname":"xyz2", }, { "title":"abc3", "nickname":"xyz3", } ] }and so on. So I can't specify a strict format in "Outbound mapping tab", thus "Column definition tab" is also not prepa

We are trying to get In-App messages working using the documentation on enabling basic lifecycle triggering (device open), but no messages are being displayed on devices despite send being executed correctly from ACS.We have Lifecycle enabled in the device codeWe have In-app tracking enabled within LaunchSDK and Launch and ACS are configured correctly so Push notifications and Push tracking are working correctly. Just In-App not working. We are only trying to target all devices, so no specific app triggers, app profile data, etc are being used. Hello! We have noticed that more companies are mailing to users based on their preferences. So for example, if a customer wants to hear more about lipstick, they will receive marketing emails based on lipstick. Or if a user doesn't want to receive and emails about Father's/Mother's Day marketing emails, they will be excluded from those marketing emails.I was wondering if:There is a way to personalize the preference page in ACS for this?If so, how is that data stored? In lists or audiences? Or is there are particular flags we can create in ACS that we can use to segment in the workflow? Please advise, thank you! 

I have a CSV file of email addresses that I want to import into Campaign.  I've setup a Workflow to import users from this CSV, but it seems like it won't actually subscribe anyone to the Service unless they already have a Profile in our Campaign account. Do I need to import them first as Profiles, then run the Workflow to subscribe them to the service?  Where do you Import users as Profiles if not through a Workflow?  

Hi there,I had to save and deactivate some workflows because now there are new ones with improvements that weren't there before. My question is. I can no longer access the logs of the deliveries of the deactivated workflows. Why doesn't this history appear anymore? And we're going to need this history of information from these deliveries. Is there any way to access these logs. Because it is very important to know that these logs may be stored somewhere else. I say this because the new workflows only have the logs of recent deliveries since they started working. So we need these deliveries logs. I'll appreciate any help. Thanks Regards

Hello Everyone, I try to fix on issue on something it seems to be a basic usecase but i can't find relevant help on that topic.I have a landing page to collect postal addresses from an audience and i have an email with a link to these landing page. Both are created on ACS. I thought that if I just created a link between both using the email designer, that will be automatic but it seem notAny ideas about how i can fix that ? Best regards Alex

hello I am using transfer file to send some information to my sftp folders.I was wondering if its possible to send the file directly to email? i have searched extensively about it and there does seem to be suggestion that it can be done but i cant figure out how to set up the protocol so it works?  thanks

Hi all,Context:Transactional email through Message Center needing values calculated, mainly for date formatting purposes. There are multiple places where this is needed and in different formats.Question:Can all the variables be defined in a single content block and called in the body of the Email like in Adobe Campaign, e.g., <%= variable_name %>? Or do you have to create a content block for each instance?Example: The bold text below needs to be reformatted from a single attribute from the payload. in payload: event date: 2022-06-07T12:52:09in Email Body: June 07, 2022 * Location * 12:52tracking url parameter: JUN:2022 Currently, I have created 3 separate content blocks for each displayed date / time. But having to create multiple content blocks for each Email could get unmanageable and wanted to understand if this can be consolidated, without having to do the entire email in the content block.  Appreciate your help in advance,Jim 

hello i have an audience import i need to setup which will refresh each day and will wipe the data then repopulate. The audience sits on my sftp network.In order to run this for the first time, i have used transfer file - load file, however this has errored. I assume because there is no column definition? previously i have done this via direct csv upload so im not sure the best way.

Within the Legacy editor when I go to add a URL to a button, the text losses the correct style form.In addition to not being in the correct style form the when I look at the HTML the span tags aren't there anymore. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so how to fix it, so I don't have to keep going into the HTML source and adding the span tags
