Hi, Is there a way to export all Delivery Templates' html in Adobe Standard. I would like to export all the delivery template stored in our instance, but don't know in which resource they reside, so I can create a workflow to extract them all.  Any help much appreciated,JohnnyBravo

Hi What happen if i target 2 lakh recipients at once ? Is MTA server  handle and release the recipient as per batches ? Or do we need to create/apply wave or throttling  and send batch-wise  in adobe campaign standard ? I don't see wave setting in delivery for ACS as like ACC and i noticed we can create multiple segmentations in ACS. So, Just wanted to know do we really need to create/use throttling or it's handle by MTA sever ? Regards,Sumit

Hi All, New to ACS and i am trying to find some answers on some of the out of the box tables. Our OTBT are taking up a large amount of our DB size. In particular we are seeing that the Toast Data table is taking up 15gb of our storage.  Any help of these tables would be greatly appreciated.

Creating multiple transaction message templates seem to be very redundant and manually time consuming activity, Is there a better way to create the templates like EMAIL and SMS specifically by using the APIs. If so, where can I find the relevant documentation? I have so far gone through a few APIs which doesn't seem to be regarding the templates. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

We are setting up SMS and we have Keyword text messages we want to implement. But some of the replay back messages need to have content placed inside of them to fully work.  Example.  Customer text "ID"We replay back with "Account Alerts: Download your ID card at "place content here". Reply STOP to cancel texts " Is there a way to do this or am I going about this wrong?

Approval/Rejectioni) User create email templateii) User route email template to a particular Group/User for Approval/Rejection(in this period/time, template cannot be used for any workflow sending of email. Only upon template state as approved, then the template can be used for delivery. Requirement 2. Hi community, I need to take some ctx data from an event to update the profile table ? When I choose my event as a Ressource in the Query I can preview the data, I can make show data from the event like first name etc. But it is not data I can see in the transition or use to update. Thank you in advance.Best regards,YS

Hello, I'm trying to use external API activity to read some data from the endpoint. The issue is that response mapping might be different depending of how many rows of data will there be in the response table. So, if there are 2 records in the response, it will look like this: { "message":"OK", "total":1, "page":1, "page_size":100, "payload":[ { "title":"abc1", "nickname":"xyz1", }, { "title":"abc2", "nickname":"xyz2", } ] } and if there will be 3 records it will look like this:{ "message":"OK", "total":1, "page":1, "page_size":100, "payload":[ { "title":"abc1", "nickname":"xyz1", }, { "title":"abc2", "nickname":"xyz2", }, { "title":"abc3", "nickname":"xyz3", } ] }and so on. So I can't specify a strict format in "Outbound mapping tab", thus "Column definition tab" is also not prepa

We are trying to get In-App messages working using the documentation on enabling basic lifecycle triggering (device open), but no messages are being displayed on devices despite send being executed correctly from ACS.We have Lifecycle enabled in the device codeWe have In-app tracking enabled within LaunchSDK and Launch and ACS are configured correctly so Push notifications and Push tracking are working correctly. Just In-App not working. We are only trying to target all devices, so no specific app triggers, app profile data, etc are being used. Hello! We have noticed that more companies are mailing to users based on their preferences. So for example, if a customer wants to hear more about lipstick, they will receive marketing emails based on lipstick. Or if a user doesn't want to receive and emails about Father's/Mother's Day marketing emails, they will be excluded from those marketing emails.I was wondering if:There is a way to personalize the preference page in ACS for this?If so, how is that data stored? In lists or audiences? Or is there are particular flags we can create in ACS that we can use to segment in the workflow? Please advise, thank you!
