Hi ,I am trying to delete external account type-Web analytics as I have created a new one for my integration of campaign with adobe analytics.There is a error cropping up when I try to delete the old external account(error screenshot attached )please help in deleting this .Note : I want to delete this, because I think it is interfering with my integration. Old segments are being referenced from new external account, resulting in failure of technical workflow.

    I have done the campaign to analytics integration for Remarketing. There I found that WebEvent Segment are getting downloaded every hour(Administration>Production>Technical Workflow>Web Analytics Process>Recovery of web Event) But remarketing campaign deliveries are done just once in a day(exact the same time) for next two days. I want to know how this has been working/scheduled and also is there any way to customize the frequency and time of Remarketing camapign delivery.Please help!ThanksManish

In Adobe Campaign V6 you could have a user go to http://ac501.adobedemo.com/view/reports and login and just see a “Reporting Portal”.  Is this possible in Adobe Campaign Standard, if so, what is URL, how does it work?

I have completed the adobe campaign to adobe analytics integration through Adobe Genesis connector so that all the segment created into analytics are being passed into campaign for remarketing through Genesis connector. Also I have created new remarketing campaign and deliveries and tag this segment with that.Now I have deleted some of the segment into analytics. Hi,We are trying to develop double opt-ins for our subscribers in Europe, where European internet regulations require double opt-ins (subscribe and then confirm their subscription through a follow-up confirmation email) as part of Europe's internet regulation requirement.Thus far, I am able to create double opt-in for entire subscription forms, but some of our other online forms contain fields, including a field for "Country." And if anyone selects a European country, we want to trigger a double-opt in confirmation message delivery, but ONLY for those who select a European country in our forms. (Anyone who resides in America for instance and selects, "United States of America" as their country (in the form field), will NOT trigger this double opt-in confirmation since it is not required in the US.Can anyone help? How can I create double opt-in triggers for only those who select certain parameters like European countries in the form field?Thank you,Jae

All,I am setting up triggers configuration between AA & AC. One of the steps in the AC  is to encrypt the private key and update it in the config file. As per this doc (https://helpx.adobe.com/campaign/kb/triggers-and-campaign.html), there is a jssp file mentioned to perform the encryption. But it doesn't have clear instruction on where should the jssp file to be placed in the campaign server. After placing the jssp file, what is the path to access or execute the jssp file. Appreciate if someone can share some thoughts on this.

Hello everyone,I'm currenty trying to write a little piece of code which deletes all delivery logs that are linked to a cancelled delivery (or in some situations deliviers in "stop requested" state). The code first loads all delivieres which are in the specified states.After that, I want to load all delivery logs which are linked to those deliveries (OT: I'm currently doing this by using 2 different database queries, because I don't know how to select data from 2 linked tabled with the xtk.queryDef, maybe somebody can give me some advises with this problem as well).The problem with this is, that I can't query the foreign key in the schema "nms:broadlogrcp". The schema documentation tells me, that there is a foreign key called iDeliveryId. but when I try to use it in the xtk.queryDef (@deliveryID ??), I get an error that this field is unknown.This is my code:var deliveryQuery = xtk.queryDef.create(   <queryDef schema="nms:delivery" operation="select">       <select>         

I'd like to add the <last modified by operator> field into this form, however I'm having some trouble tracking down the form to edit this. I seem to recall that the ability to modify the dashboard had been removed from more recent versions.Does that extend to this form? If not does anyone know the name of the form to be edited here?

Hi all,Is there a way to pull data back via API from a linked field?  We are attempting to pull back data from the subscriptions and services fields attached to our recipient data to enrich/update our internal database with the members current subscriptions.The problem is that the API won’t allow us to select anything from the linked tables, nor to select the values of the FK (foreign key).So, even though, for example, “service/@name” looks like an attribute and you can select it in the client, from the API we just get an error that the “@name” attribute doesn’t exist.Can anyone with API knowledge help? We are able to create a CSV export from Campaign of this exact data but cannot through the API

I'm looking online but all of the solutions I've found are far more complex and often incompatible with Campaign.Better yet - if there was a way to take the array value like this;(00001,00002,etc)And do the same that would be a better solution. Ideally this needs to by dynamic and create as many new rows as there are possible variables.

Hi I really need some help with this if anyone can help me please,I would like to render a scene I have created on Premier Pro 2014 into a JPEG - just any kind of still image - I have made this scene up by taking different images and combining parts of them to make a whole image, I have used the 'Paint Brush' tool to cut up the different photos and combine them as a whole. The different parts of the images are each on different layers and haven't been made all on one layer (or worked on on top of one photo ect). The problem is that when I try to render this scene as a JPEG, some or one of the image layers disappears. On the preview when editing, you can see all the layers exactly how you want them and can work on them easily, but when it is rendered theres a bit of the image missing. I have found out that when you move the little toggle arrow tool (the one you can move back and forth to see the movement of the footage) you can see that an image layer is missing, and when you stop movin

Hi:I am use the Campaingn sandbox to lean, and i meet the next problem.  and thanks for you time.1.  I can't create a recipient under "My Comapny-> Profiles and Target -> Recipients"2.  I extends deliver schema(nms:delivery) with the next.     When in "Tools -> Advanced -> Update database structure", it the the schema is not     selectable to update except I change the name of element from "content" to other ( ex. "content2"). 3. I extends recipient schema like the screen shot next .    When I "Update database structure",  the  next attribute's name is truncation to "enrollment".<attribute label="Enrollment date" name="enrollmentDate" type="date"/>But when if I change the the attribute name like next , it is OK. <attribute label="Enrollment date" name="enrollmentDate2" type="date"/>
