Date field values are getting saved as one day lesser in remote machine

While saving date fields in the portal screens for creating some IDs, it is getting saved as one day lesser than the given input. This happens only in remote machines but not in local machine.

Could someone please provide the root cause for this?

Hi there!

Have you checked for different timezones on the server and the timezones of the database? The are probably different and your date get's converted to the server's timezone.
